Traveling has always been part of my story and I LOVE helping guests make their vacation dreams come true! My favorite part of being a travel advisor, is getting to know each of my guests and forming a lasting relationship, so that I can continue to help them plan not just one trip, but trips throughout every stage of their lives.
Over the years, I have had the opportunity to participate in numerous trainings, conferences and FAM trips to help me become a specialist in the destinations and suppliers I book with. I specialize in booking destination weddings, honeymoons, all inclusive vacations, group travel, corporate incentive groups, cruises, Disney vacations, domestic travel, multi-generational vacations, tours, European travel and many other adventures. This was my 1st time working with a travel agent, I always organize everything myself for my family but this was the 1st time in Central America (Costa Rica) with my 2 kids so I was not feeling comfortable to do so. Katie Erturk was recommended by several moms in our town and I understand why now ! She makes everything so smoothly, answered all my questions before/during the trip and booked amazing hotels, took care of all the transfers, I ve handled the activities/excursions myself but not because I didn t trust her. During our trip she answered all my questions by emails, even if on New Year s Eve. I will definitely ask Katie Erturk for future vacations, if only I could do it right I will !! Katie helped us plan a trip for our family of 13 for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. We had grandchildren ranging from ages 14 years old to 18 months. She helped us choose an all inclusive that had activities for all age groups. The hotel she suggested was perfect and we all had a wonderful time. We have used Katie several times before and she never disappoints us. She does a great job of planning & coordinating all the details and is always available to answer our questions, even when we are on the trip. Katie is absolutely the best! She knocked it out of the park on planning our last cruise vacation on one of the biggest Royal Caribbean ships Oasis of the Seas. We had to rooms right next to each other overlooking the boardwalk and the aqua show. All of our ports were awesome,especially Perfect Day at CocoCay. Katie helped plan and execute the most amazing 40th birthday bash for my best friend in Cancun!! Every detail was carefully thought out. Our group was rather large and she made sure they were able to accommodate us (16 people). She arranged birthday decorations and a special birthday dinner at the resort. All transportation and airfare was included. All we had to do was pack our bags and show up! I can’t thank katie enough for all that she did! I highly recommend katie booking your next trip!

You need to work with Katie Erturk for your next and all future vacations! Our family was excited to book our first trip to an all inclusive resort for this summer, and Katie provided us with so many wonderful options. We ended up choosing Costa Rica, and it was the vacation of a lifetime! Katie took care of everything regarding our travel to and from the airport and all of our accommodations. Hello we just returned for an amazing trip to Riviera Maya! We had an amazing time at the Barcelo Maya Palace! We brought our 20 year old an 17 year old daughters! The resort is great for families as well as fun things for adults! They even have dolphins on premises! Katie made sure their room was right next to ours which I was really worried about! She checked up on our travels while we were there to make sure things were going great! She helped me plan the perfect vacation! I would highly recommend Katie to my friends and family! At the last minute my ride couldn’t pick us up from the airport and Katie came through with an amazing company to pick us up! While she was in her own vacation! Thanks Katie for a great vacation for my family!

One Happy Island

We just got back from an amazing trip to Aruba, it is so beautiful!! We stayed at the Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino. The room was comfy and perfect, zero complaints! Partial ocean view was fabulous, we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night. We couldn't be happier with our quick get away, and can't wait to go back! Working with Katie was smooth and easy, she pays attention to the details and takes on some of the stress for you!! At the last minute, she helped calm some of my travel nerves and anxiety, I really appreciated her taking the time to help us. I'd recommend Katie 10 out of 10 times, thank you so much for an excellent trip! Can't wait to plan our next trip with you!
