My love of travel began in the back of an avocado green station wagon traveling from my family’s home in Central Illinois to a resort in Branson, Missouri.  Snacks packed, rest stops planned, and real, paper maps in hand, my family embarked on what would become the first of many vacations.

Fast forward to October of 2008, when I joined the team at On The Road Travel with the goal of building the agency’s Disney business.  In just a few years, our success led to the agency’s designation as an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner.  At the beginning of 2015, the owner decided it was time to retire and I assumed ownership of the agency.  Over the course of five years, we grew from a team of two to a team of 11 and greatly expanded the list of destinations that we offer.

Though Disney Vacations are my specialty, I love working with families who are planning other types of adventures. Whether it be a Universal getaway, a cruise or cruise tour, escaping to an all-inclusive resort, or a land tour in the U.S. or abroad, I’ve assisted hundreds of families in planning their perfect getaways.

I’ve had the opportunity to visit some amazing destinations in the past few years – Austria, The Czech Republic, Germany, Peru, Costa Rica and Jamaica.  Closer to home, my family makes frequent pilgrimages to the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida and the Disneyland Resort in Southern California.  Other destinations that we’ve visited recent years include The Bahamas, The Caribbean, Florida beaches, The Rocky Mountains, Grand Teton National Park, Yellowstone National Park, and Park City, Utah.  And of course we have a long bucket list that includes The Amazon and Galapagos Islands, a river cruise on the Rhine, and Australia.

While many agents and agencies view booking trips as transactional, my goal is to build relationships with my clients.  Whether I’m assisting with a weekend getaway or a week-long bucket list trip, it is my hope that every client walk away with amazing memories and an exceptional experience.
