A destination offering all the pizza, wine and history you could ever want - welcome to Italy! From the Northern picturesque Venetian islands to the rich history in Rome - Italy truly is a European gem.
I had the privilege to explore the big three (Venice, Florence, and Rome) in a unique, semi-guided fashion. With Monograms (a branch of the Globus family of brands) we had the service of a local host in each destination. Our host provided a great balance of guided sightseeing tours along with time to explore the destination at leisure.
We were able to see all of Venice and then some by jumping on a water taxi and exploring the islands of Burano and Murano. Travelling down to Florence, our Local Host provided a full city tour. We then had a day at leisure to head over to the Tuscan countryside for a wine tasting and lunch in the Vineyards. Last but not least, we ventured down to Rome to dive into the fascinating history.

We walked into Travel Leaders without an appointment to book a two-week trip to Italy. Amanda was available and ready to help us with a smile! We were not sure exactly what we wanted and had not traveled to Europe before, so she steered us toward a Monograms package for the vacation portion of our trip. We were also attending a wedding in a very rural area of Italy, and Amanda handled booking the hotel, train, and transfers for that portion of our trip as well. It could not have gone more perfectly! Amanda's attention to detail made sure that all aspects of our trip were easy and worry-free. She took care of everything and made sure all our documentation, vouchers, tickets, etc. were in order and easily accessible. She even emailed us while on her OWN vacation to let us know one of our vouchers had changed! She definitely went above and beyond to make sure our trip went off without a hitch. We had an amazing time and will definitely use her for all our travel needs in the future!

Amanda helped me plan my honeymoon to the DR last year and this year she helped us plan a trip to Cancun. She has been awesome to work with and provided us with so many options in each destination that we were looking at! She scheduled everything for us from flights, to hotels and transportation. Literally all we had to do was show up! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for some help planning their next dream vacation.

We had never been to Disney before. Amanda took care of every single detail! Amanda planned an absolutely awesome trip for our family! Her recommendation on where to stay, where to eat, and which attractions to visit were spot on for our family. Her knowledge of the Disney properties made our time there so much more valuable than if we had tried to figure it out on our own. Amanda is amazing! I was working on planning a family trip to Hawaii. I had a few ideas of what we wanted to do but was struggling with logistics of multiple islands and had no clue where to stay. After 1 hour with Amanda we had our entire trip planned! She made wonderful suggestions on places to stay, experiences to do, etc. due to her personal experiences. I’m pretty good with the internet and planning trips but I don’t know what I did before Amanda! She has since planned additional trips for my family.

Amanda was absolutely amazing! We had a two part trip; visiting or daughter and anniversary trip in Australia. She listened! She planned the trip that WE wanted. She asked questions. She gave us options and choices. She didn’t pressure us into anything. She was thorough and stayed in constant communication during the entire process. She even planned a last minute activity for us when we came to get our travel documents. This was, by far, the easiest trip we’ve ever taken. Everything was smooth and flawlessly planned. Our accommodations were perfect and near everything. The planned activities helped us to experience Australia safely. Our transports were comfortable and always on time. Amanda chose wonderful tour companies for us. I honestly can’t thank her enough for planning an amazing trip for us. Finding her was a blessing and we can’t wait for her to plan our anniversary in 2020.

From coming in to pick up the Celebrity book in August to final chat before we left...Amanda did a great job....V E R Y professional in everything! Only regret is that she had left for the day when we came in to book the cruise...Geneva helped us, then on the next of many visits & phone calls Amanda took back over!I was a bit shocked when I heard Amanda's age....wise beyond her years! My Wife and I took a two week trip to Italy (our first time) and we used Amanda to help us plan our trip. She was fantastic - everything about the trip was well planned and easy to navigate - which makes for a much more relaxing vacation while overseas. Amanda facilitated the planning of our destination wedding in Puerto Morelos, Mexico. Having 42 guests made it quite an undertaking, but Amanda was absolutely amazing! She made the process seamless and easy for our guests and for us. This is the second time I have used Amanda for planning a vacation, and she has never disappointed. Even though I moved out of Indiana, I still chose to use her because she is so wonderful to work with.
