Hi, my name is Nick Calabretta, I am from Cleveland, Ohio. I own a travel agency, Roffler Cruise & Travel in Northeast Ohio.
I have been a cruise specialist for over 35 years. Experience has taught me the important question to ask to help find my clients dream vacation. My clients comment on how hard I work to make there experience a reality
Over the years, Roffler Cruise & Travel has won many awards, being member of the Million Dollar Sales Club with Royal Caribbean Cruises, Carnival Cruise Lines, and Princess Cruise Lines. We have sold over 20 world cruise and more than 10000's cruises that we have sold to happy clients. I have taken more than 30 cruises myself.
We can make arrangement for any size group to just a couple, to any location in the US from river cruises to Great Lakes plus we also offer cruises to the Caribbean, Alaskan, European, Ocean, River Cruise and more. We make dreams happen!
I had the honor of taking a cruise with Virgin Voyager, Scarlet Lady first cruise out of Miami, Fl. Also the first all adult only cruise line. There was 20 restaurants on the ship, tattoo parlor, swanky lounges and luxury suites with spas. We made a stop to Bimini Bahamas that was outstanding. A fun time!

We took a complicated trip to Europe that included a Viking Boat tour and ended in England. A total of 5 weeks.

A lot of things worked very well. The transfer time at DFW was a bit short. I do not recommend DFW.

Nick assisted my father in planning his flights and rental car to attend a 60th high school reunion. His advice in securing wheelchair assists was most helpful. There is always some doubt as to whether the airlines or airports will honor the requests, but in my dad's case they did, including in the busy DFW airport.
