I was introduced to the wonderful world of travel in 1991 when I went on my first ocean cruise. I loved it so much, I said to myself " I will do what I have to do, to do this the rest of my life".  So, in order to afford my new lifestyle, I put myself through travel school ( yes, there really is such a thing) and it's been smooth sailing since.

I feel very fortunate to have traveled so many places over the last few decades, and I feel that it's my job to figure out ways for my clients to do the same. For whatever budget and interest they may have, I have been doing this for long, I can figure it out for them, relieving them of the stress of all the choices out there.

I was there before the Internet, I saw the period where everyone started to think they could do this themselves, and instead of giving up, I waited it out when people started to realize there are too many online companies, too many scamagers, too many too good to believe it prices, until they came back( if they didn't stick with me.)

I am so happy to hear back from my clients how amazing their trips are, I often live those places I cannot go to, vicariously through them. I also like to hear when something wasn't right, that's how I continue learning and pass information along to future clients. I have their backs, if something went wrong, and it was the airline, cruise line or tour operators fault, you betcha, they are going to hear from me on their behalf to get them compensation!

Being in this business so long, I have met many connections in many companies and that helps me to get those "extras" for my clients when they travel. I am confident they will get a way better room than someone that booked on Travelocity in the same category. And they love I am one email or call away to help them.
