I have been an official Travel Agent since 2016 after many years of being encouraged by my family and friends to do it and I've enjoyed every minute of it!
I am a proud "military brat" and grew up overseas and graduated high school in Vicenza, Italy. While in Europe, I lived in Germany for almost 11 years and Italy almost three years. I also lived in the Philippines when I was younger. While living in Europe, I travelled extensively and that's when my passion for travelling and experiencing other cultures and seeing the world were born!
When I was younger, we lived near Disneyland and my parents often brought me there and to say I was "hooked" is an understatement! I've been a huge fan of all things Disney most of my life but it wasn't until I had my own son and got to see and experience the magic through his eyes that I was SOLD! I absolutely love bringing that magic to my clients and to help them have the most seamless vacations possible, whether it's a family vacation or adult only vacation - Disney is for everyone!
I took my first Disney Cruise in 2012 and to date, I have completed 26 cruises with DCL and I'm a Pearl Castaway Club Member. I have sailed many times to the Bahamas, Caribbean, Alaska, Mediterranean, Europe (Norway, Iceland & Scotland), Canada, New York, Maiden Voyage of the Disney Wish, etc. I've also sailed on all five ships at least three times at a minimum. Disney Cruise Line is my passion and I'm proud of what I've learned first hand by experiencing the cruises and different itineraries. I've stayed on almost all decks, most type of staterooms, mid, forward and aft and therefore can offer expertise advice to my clients.
I also travel to Walt Disney World several times a year and keep up with all the changes and enhancements so I can help my clients navigate all the changes and not feel stressed about the planning.
I'm also a huge fan of Adventures by Disney and treated my own family to the Adventures by Disney, Disneyland Short Escape and Southern California and it was in one word - AMAZING!
I've also been to Disney's Aulani Resort & Spa and visited many destinations on the island of Oahu. Such an amazing vacation destination with lots to see and do!
I book all cruise lines and can offer many suggestions for port adventures throughout the world.
I am a member of the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) and proud graduate of the Disney College of Knowledge and the Travel Institute.

When planning a Disney trip you're spending top dollar. You don't want to make a costly mistake. You need an edge. That advantage for our family has been Heather Jarrett. Heather provides insider tips, offers personal experiences and expert advice all with a service-oriented flair. Heather is extremely knowledgeable about ALL things Disney. For example, we recently had a COVID cruise cancellation to Europe and we decided to try to move our reservation to a sold out Panama Canal Disney cruise. Heather meticulously checked the Disney cruise site DAILY to assure us a spot on this coveted cruise. The minute she spotted an opening, she called us and got us booked. Prior to the European cancellation she spent hours helping us with transportation/sight seeing ideas in Europe and going over "must-see" ideas for a Disneyland Paris trip. Heather is fantastic. My first trip with her, she rebooked 4 times, saving me over 30% from my original booking. We have loved working with Heather. She has been a great asset to our planning of our Disney World Vacation. Above-and-Beyond Service Dealing with DCL

Heather did an excellent job navigating some very choppy waters with DCL. First off, Heather booked for a Mediterranean cruise for summer 2021. The experience so far has been great. She provided all the options and details on "opening day" so that we could decide immediately and book connecting rooms in our desired category. Everything was seamless. Then, when another earlier cruise was cancelled due to the pandemic, Heather went above and beyond to work closely with DCL and me to make sure we were able to use the cruise credit towards the Summer 2021 cruise. It took many hours of communications (emails/calls) but she got the job done and we greatly thank her for it! We look forward to all the advice she will provide to us as our cruise next summer approaches!

We have worked with Heather 3 times now. Our first experience was a cruise that my immediate family, my aunt and her family (2 grown kids) and a friends family went on and she was wonderful!! She coordinated everything with all of the different groups. The next time we worked with her was booking our 2nd cruise which was scheduled for February 2021. This one was all of the people above plus my parents plus my brother and his family!! Wow! What a crew. We just got done rescheduling that one with her due to a medical issue and she was able to handle that change with ease. The other time we worked with her was a trip for my family, my parents and my brother's family to Disneyland that was supposed to happen in March 2020 - we obviously had to reschedule that one and again she was incredibly easy to work with!

I've worked with Heather on multiple Disney Cruise Line cruises as well as land vacations to Walt Disney World. She is always there for me. When I have a silly question, when I need a quick piece of advice or when I need to book the trip of a lifetime, she's there for me. And even now, when everything sort of fell apart for this summer due to Covid-19 she's helped us rebook everything to next year. I would recommend her to anyone (and I have, I believe I know of at least 2 or 3 folks who are now also her clients).

We have used Heather J for a couple of large trip. We did a 10 Multi generation Disney trip with split stay at two different resorts. We also booked a Princess Alaskan cruise with multiple rooms. She had great advise for excursions and things to do. Unfortunately the cruise was cancelled because of the virus but Heather handle our refunds through Princess and we are now rebooked for 2021.

Heather is quite simply an amazing and versatile travel agent. She did a fantastic job booking both a Caribbean cruise for my family and a trip to Disneyland Paris for my husband and I. For these trips, she researched multiple options for stateroom, hotels, transportation, and activities. For the cruise, she went above and beyond by booking an excellent limo service for our transportation to the port. For Disneyland Paris, she contacted the resort to find multiple hotel options and made sure we chose the right one for us. She also helped us plan a stay in Paris before we headed to Disneyland Paris, and gave us lots of great advice based on her own experiences in Paris and Europe. I am so thankful to Heather for all her help and no doubt will be calling her again in the future.

What a great trip for our family!

Our first trip to Disney was back in 2017, and it was such a great trip we wanted to try it again this year 2020, but this time it was cancelled because of the Wuhan Virus. However, she not only did a great job of getting plans together, she always communicated right away when I had a question, she gave us good advice when we were apprehensive about certain things, and she was always positive about things. After we had to cancel, she helped us restore our payments to Disney. She continues to help us restore payments to Universal as well. She has been just great! I would recommend her to anyone wanting help go to Disney or Universal! Not sure if we will ever have another chance to go back now, but if we do...I will be calling Heather!
