After being a full-time mom for 25 years and exploring the world with my husband and two boys (including a three year stint in Tokyo, Japan), I decided to take my love for traveling and turn it into a career – 5+ years later as an agent with Storybook Destinations and I haven’t looked back!
As an avid Disney destination guest, I’ve visited Tokyo Disney, Walt Disney World & Disney Land, the USA Southwest with Adventures by Disney, and have sailed on over 10 Disney Cruises. I’m also a major foodie, and have…how shall I put it…familiarized myself with a plethora of restaurants across Disney properties. My experience with and expertise in Disney vacations translates directly into how I plan for my clients.

Misty thought of everything when she helped us plan our cruise to the Mexican Riviera. The best of both worlds!

Misty was an absolute pleasure to work with on our first trip to both Universal Studios and a Royal Caribbean Bahama Cruise as a family. We book ended our Cruise with a couple of days at the parks and she was so helpful throughout the process. She was quick to respond to any question I had and helped me throughout the planning process and made sure we were ready to go in the weeks before. She helped calm my nerves as we have never cruised with our children. She allowed me to bounce ideas off of her and was an informative and listening ear throughout. The whole week was so smooth due to the planning she did before hand and we were able to simply relax and enjoy our entire trip. We are already busy planning our next trip with her as our guide!

Most Magical Travel Agent Ever!

Misty is an absolute pleasure to work with! She is exceptionally attentive, detailed, and kind. I had never worked with a travel agent before, because I am someone who enjoys doing my own travel research and planning. But when it came to our first Disney World/Disney Cruise family trip, I realized quickly that I needed the help of an expert. Working with her was the perfect balance of feeling engaged in the planning process, while relying on her expertise. Misty also took care of the not-so-fun aspects, like making phone calls for reservation changes, and being up early to secure hard-to-get dining and Fast Pass reservations! Misty has also saved us hundreds on our trips by keeping on top of discounts. We continue to use her as our agent even though we're no longer WDW/DCL novices, and have wholeheartedly referred her to our friends and family. Misty is genuinely interested in making your trip special, and so we're grateful to know her!

Our experience with Misty is in the cruise industry. She initially met with us in our home and was very gracious in assisting us in planning our cruise. She put together several packages and time frames for us to choose from which helped meet our budgetary needs while still getting our dream vacation. Her communication is very detail oriented and as a visual person getting detailed emails was super helpful. She has coordinated last minute itinerary changes and even ironed out an unforeseen weather delay. We couldn't be any happier with the cruises Misty has helped us plan and we will definitely use her again.I feel confident in recommending Misty’s services. She is not only thorough but also easy to work with and always willing to take the time to discuss our concerns and respond to questions.

Perfectly Magical Experience

Misty knows Disney . She can recommend things to do for every age group in your party. She answers questions immediately no matter how many you ask. She takes your trip enjoyment personal, and follows up after your trip. Misty was able to help me solve problems I had while in the park . I felt like she was my personal Disney CSR. I believe shes knows every inch of the park by memory. I don't think I've ever asked her a question that she did not know the answer. She's my favorite person and business to recommend to people. Sometimes CS disappears over time. With Misty I think she gets to know you and your preferences. With that care her ability to provide service just gets better, and better over time. Having someone who understands you travel needs is 100% Awesome. Disney is a great place to go on vacation. It's endless entertainment. Misty helps you get the most of it and miss as little as possible. 1st or 5th trip. Mist is very thankful when you give her referrals as well.

Choosing Misty to plan our Anniversary Celebration was a smart choice and made our trip wonderful. We expressed what details were important to us and she arranged our wishes perfectly.
