Hi! My name is Donna Marie and I live in Raleigh NC with my husband and son.
I am a Master Planner with Marvelous Mouse Travels and have been planning memorable and magical vacations since 2017!
I have had a passion for travel for as long as I can remember and feel lucky to be able to work in the travel industry and put my love for travel to work for you.
I love planning trips where endless memories can be made with family and friends. I find myself getting just as excited when planning for others as I do for my own trips!
Besides being a Disney College of Knowledge graduate for all Disney destinations, some of my other certifications include: Sandals Certified Specialist, Royal Caribbean Master Planner, and a Certified Universal Parks & Resorts planner.

Donna goes above and beyond from the booking of the trip to the time you get home. During a recent vacation, we encountered some issues with our room. Donna took care of everything for us and escalated our concerns. We quickly got a response from the hotel that was well beyond anything we could have accomplished on our own. It was wonderful that Donna could be our advocate while we focused on our vacation. We have recommended her to all of friends and family and they have all had a similar wonderful experience with Donna.

We visited Disney World in September 2021 relying heavily on Donna’s expertise. We booked a prior trip by ourselves and we’re so stressed out by the phone calls and dining reservations that we’d lose sleep. Donna was able to handle all of the stressful bits, get us great deals, and provide excellent tips. She assembled a beautiful binder with day by day itineraries based on a phone conversation we had at the beginning of our relationship where I shared our top priorities for the trip. She even sent a package of goodies like maps, First Visit pins for our 2 year old as well as several Disney toys for her to play with on the trip. There’s no chance we’ll book another trip to Orlando without her help and we recommend her to anyone who mentions a trip. I count her as a fellow Disney-loving friend with great insider info.

I just got back from Disney world, a trip that Donna booked for me. To say she booked is truly not a good description. She planned, hand held, walked through, explained, educated and had countless phone calls with me to ensure my family and I had the best vacation. Which we absolutely did. We cannot thank her enough for all her time, patience and expertise. She is the one you want to use when booking a vacation if you want to have the best trip ever. The fact that her services cost us no extra then if we booked ourselves via travel site or direct with hotel is astonishing. Donna helped us book and plan our first family trip to Disney World; she is the best ever! Researching the resorts and park options (all the rides and experiences!), planning meals, etc., can be overwhelming. Donna walked us through our early questions, helped plan an itinerary perfect for our family, and then took care of the bookings for us!Not only that, Donna is super responsive. Any time we had a question or wanted to clarify something, Donna was always able to help - and she has a lot of patience to answer all our questions :)
The final “prep meeting” a week or so before we set off on our trip was perfect as well - it really helped us understand the logistics around Disney World, how to navigate around the app, etc.
We made a great choice in working with Donna. This was our first trip, but it won’t be the last!

If I could give Donna 1,000 stars I would. Besides truly loving what she does she genuinely gets to know you so her recommendations are on point! Donna was indispensable to planning our Disney vacation in Orlando! She responded quickly to questions large and small and provided great advice. How to order groceries to the hotel, which rides would have the longest lines, what time to get to the parks, and so much more. She provided a packing list, maps of the parks and transportation options, how to use the Genie app, and food, ride, and entertainment options for each park. I could not recommend Donna's services more highly. We were very intimidated by the details that go into a Disney trip and Donna made it as easy as could be!

We decided to take a last minute trip to Disney World. It was May and we wanted to go in July. Anyone who has ever been to Disney knows we were cutting it close. Who can we call to help me pull this trip together? Donna Bulieris. We contacted Donna and immediately she went to work. Donna got back to us with a few choices, and we decided to go with Kidani Village. Donna guided us in booking everything (getting park tickets, making park reservations, getting magic bands, hotel transfers and dinner reservations). Now, to add to our confusion, Disney uses Genie + and individual lighting lane features. Donna guided us through exactly how to use them. Our trip went smoother than we imagined. Our villa in Kidani Village was beautiful! Looking out over the savanna, watching the animals from our balcony was so peaceful. The Genie + and individual lightning lane were so easy to use, thanks to Donna’s coaching. We had a great trip.

We've been to Disneyworld many times and our trips have always started with months of anxiety prior to the trip due to the vast number of options for food, lodging, and attractions to visit. From the time I asked her to plan my 50th birthday cruise, to the day 55 (YES, 55!) of us stepped off the ship, she could not have done better.
