She was excellent! I booked a Disney vacation to California and she assisted with my hotel and tickets. She told me all the great new features the park had to offer and followed up with my after my trip! I will definitely book my vacations with Lisa again. Her charming personality and attention to detail helped me create a memory at the Disney park that will last a lifetime!

Never Doing Disney Without Help Again!

Working with Lisa was a wonderful experience! She was so communicative and patient. We had a ton of questions and she was fantastic about answering them all. We also had a big group and some complicated needs/wants, but Lisa did her absolute best to help us and didn't make us feel like we were asking too much.
We hadn't been to Disney World in quite a while so it was great having an expert help bring us up to speed and lean into what we already knew. From updating us on the latest hotels to navigating three different parties rolled into one, Lisa really did it all!
Now that I've had this experience and planned Disney this way, I can't imagine going through this process without help and Lisa is officially our go-to!

Lisa is wonderful! We’ve used her to book two trips now (a cruise and a week in WDW) and she has made the process so easy and fun! We could never plan a trip without her! We went to Disney for the first time as a family and had the best time. She was available whenever we needed her and we also loved sending her pics while we were there!
