- For a couple on their honeymoon in Rome, I arranged to have a private chef cook them a special meal in their rented villa.
- For another client and her mother, I arranged a special elephant encounter for them at an animal sanctuary in South Africa.
- I will also be there if a travel hiccup should occur, whether it's a canceled flight or a problem with a hotel. Recently, for instance, I had a multi-generational family staying at a 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, two of the families in this group were given rooms with obstructed views of the ocean. They contacted me at check-in, and I quickly made a call to the hotel's management. And, voila, I was able to get them the view that they had dreamed about, plus a host of freebies, including massages for everyone.
