Veronica was indeed a delight to work with! She was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. We all know how traveling during these times can be extremely stressful if you don't have guidance. Veronica was with me every step of the way helping me navigate my trip. She was familiar with all of the requirements for entry into Jamaica and my return back to the states. She was also familiar with the services offered by our hotel. The most important thing of all, is that she made herself available. Whenever I called or emailed her, she got back to me right away. Great trip. All of my requests for my trip were accomplished. The itenarary provided all I requested Business class airfare, English speaking drivers to pick me up at airports. A requested English speaking guide and driver for 1 day excursion along the Amalfi coast which included Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. The trip includes a train ride from Naples to Milan. The five star hotel in Positano and in Milan excellent. Ms Smith listened to my wants and provided all of my needs. She listened and executed. Excellent service and communication.
