Hawaii Bucket-list Trip Success!!

Working with Dana to pull off a Hawaii trip was great! It was our first time using a travel agent, and we're so glad we did. Dana was super easy to work with and was very responsive to all of our questions and requests. She created a starting itinerary that fit our style and price range, and she was flexible regarding tweaks we wanted from there. Her recommendations regarding activities were spot on. The night time manta ray snorkel was a highlight of the trip, and we wouldn't have done it without her recommendation. We're also incredibly thankful that she recommended travelers insurance. The volcano on the Big Island erupted the week before we were scheduled to leave, and because we had travelers insurance, we were able to postpone the trip a few months until it was safe to go, at no additional cost to us. Dana took care of all the work of rescheduling everything and was incredibly patient through it all. Overall, the trip was a huge success, in part thanks to Dana!

Dana was amazing in helping us plan and book this vacation, from sending us some options that met our preferences and budget, to finding a deal with some extra bonuses at the resort. Dana was AMAZING! I spoke with several travel agents when beginning to plan for our family trip and none seemed quite right. But from my first conversation with Dana, I knew she was the right partner to help make this a trip of a lifetime for our family!Dana was extremely knowledgeable, conscientious, creative, and patient with our many changes. It's not easy coordinating travel for 8 adults living in different parts of the country and departing at different times, but Dana handled it with ease and aplomb.
When one of our party got stuck in Paris, Dana worked tirelessly - during the middle of her night - to find accommodations and alternate travel.
The accommodations, excursions, and English speaking private drivers Dana arranged at each location made the whole trip fun, relaxing and worry-free.

We appreciate your help in planning our trip. It was awesome! Having not traveled out of the country before (besides Mexico) - your advice and transportation organization was so helpful. We didn't have any "panic" moments which I am sure we would have had - had we not used you to help. The travel app is amazing and I never want to travel again without it. So helpful to have all of the information in the same spot!I loved that our trip had it all - exploring on our own, tours and relaxing. Every day was a new adventure and completely different than the day before! We loved our private boat tour. Definitely worth the upgrade to have it be private. The pizza class was also a favorite - beautiful setting and a fun night activity. I will be in touch when we are ready for another trip.

We have been working with Dana now for six years (6 trips to various places (with kids) in MX and the D.R.). She is great to work with, and works hard to find us what we are looking for within our desired location/budget. She is super easy going, and patient. We never feel pressured at any point of the process, and she sees our booking through until the end. She travels a lot to stay current and has a lot of helpful recommendations based on our desires. She is also great to work with if you are booking a large group. We have recommended Dana to many friends/family. What are you waiting for…the beach is calling!

Heavenly Hawaiian Vacation

Successful High School Group Spring Break!
Ease of planning, booking, and having everything coordinated through one source. The resort, amenities, and excursions, all exceeded expectations! Everything about our trip felt easy!
Our flights and travel to our destination were so smooth and just as we expected. Our resort was clean, had good food, and excellent service. We had a slight airline hiccup on the way home but everything worked out and had excellent communication from Dana to assist us quickly so we could make it home! It felt as if there was a sense of ease knowing we had support from our EXCELLENT travel agent.
