Laura has assisted us with three vacations. I would never consider a trip or vacation "without her." Laura handles everything from finding the best values in airfare, hotels, cruises, ground transportation, and excursions to doing what needs to be done to make it all "happen like clock work." My family could not believe how little we paid for our most recent airfare and cruise...thanks to Laura!

Because Laura has literally traveled the world, she provides a wealth of hands on information from a safety prospective as well as from the prospective of getting the most out of a vacation, including what tours are best, what shows are best, which sight seeing destinations or excursions are best, which restaurants are best, etc., etc.

2017 The Ultimate Mediterranean Cruise

Laura is phenomenal!
We texted or emailed her several times from Europe to make a change or two. She took care of it asap. I don't think she sleeps.
Laura gave us great suggestions & helped us tweak our Mediterranean Cruise. She answers every question with patience, no matter how simple.

We traveled to Spain, France & Italy.

Our dream trips

Mrs. Laura Wake Kennedy has been our agent for the past several years. She arranged for us several cruises and we had the best experience working with her. She understands our needs and arranges every thing the exact way we like it to be. She is very organized and is always available to answer any questions and to respond to any concerns. She explains things really well and provides all available options but she never pressures people to choose any of them and leaves the choice for the clients. Once we had been to the different destinations she arranged for us, everything went well and according to the organized schedule/ travel documents she prepare for us, including but is not limited to our picking up at the airports, dropping at the hotels, and transportation to and back from the pier. We had been on several cruises and we thought as if she had been with us, making sure that everything went well. In summary, it has been a pleasure working with Mrs. Wake Kennedy.

Always Great Trips

My experience having Laura as my travel agent has been nothing less than superior.
I have booked 2 trips with her to Europe-Spain and a Mediterranean Cruise. She was there from start to finish -finding the best airlines,transfers,and hotels, etc., for my needs.. She also guided me with her vast travel experience and makes herself available to meet if needed..
She has helped me with a few panicky situations while in Europe and she never disappointed. It's like having someone there 24/7(well, she does need to sleep). I even needed to cancel a trip and she took it all in stride.
I have had other travel agents in the past, however, Laura is the one I will stay with.

Dream trip

Laura was extremely helpful in arranging our trip. She met with us several times to give us information. She was very prompt in answering questions and sending material. Her helpful travel packet was organized, useful, and appreciated. When we arrived on our cruise ship, we received a gift of wine from her. 20th Anniversary Surprise
