I am one of the luckiest people around because I have a job that I am truly passionate about since 1999!
I pride myself on not just being a "booking engine', instead I get to know my clients, and have worked with many of them since I started in this industry. I have booked their family vacations when their children were young, and then had the honor to plan their children's honeymoons, and then their family vacations and even multi-generational vacations with the parents that I first started working with! My clients have always been more than just a "booking", they are my friends.
With all my years of experience, I am able to help my clients find a vacation that both matches their desires and their budgets. That is something that you won't get with an online booking engine.
I travel extensively to the places I sell the most, therefore I have first hand knowledge of the places I sell, which equates to confidence in what I recommend to my clients.
While I do book most anywhere in the world, I specialize in beach destinations, as that is where my heart lies. So no matter your vacation desires, I can help you create vacation memories that will last a lifetime!

Stress free vacation planning at its best!

Pam is the best! She was recommended by our neighbor here in Texas My wife first sought her out in 2012 for hotel recommendations in Las Vegas to celebrate my birthday. Since then we've booked through her for trips to Mexico twice and Jamaica once. Pam was so patient and extremely good in walking us through the process of traveling outside the U.S. as first timers. She makes herself available to answer all questions and when she's not she's excellent about getting back to us in a timely manner. Pam is so knowledgeable & attentive to our wants that we've pretty much let her choose the destinations for us. So far we've been 100% satisfied with her choices. Up until 2016 we've never met her face to face so she took time out to meet us at our resort in Jamaica just to say "hello" and to see how our vacation was going. That was nice of her and an example of how passionate she is in making sure her clients are satisfied. My wife and I wouldn't dare book a trip without her. She's awesome!

Best Trip Yet

This isn't the first time we have used Pam Smith with Beach Vacations and Beyond for a relaxing beach trip but this was our best trip yet. Pam provided a lot of great information on the front end for this stay at an all inclusive adults only resort - Unico 20 87. She also provided access to others who have stayed and could make recommendations on what to do, eat and drink while there. This particular resort even has an app for booking services in advance and for ordering room service, pool service and beach services while there. (Right now Unico is offering 35% off for your stay next year if you book by Black Friday!) We plan to go back soon and I highly recommend contacting Pam for your travel needs. Her attention to detail and knowledge of the area provided us with an amazing safe experience.

Best Birthday Trip

All bookings done via emai (which was my preference) but was available by phone at anytime iff needed. I requested multiple prices for different lengths of stays and different types of rooms and when I wasn’t able to book she happily gave me new prices. When a better price became available for transportation she was able to save me some money and when the prior company wasn’t very timely on issuing a refund she didn’t forget about me or leave it up to me to get it done. At first I was neverous using a TA I met online and live hundreds of miles away... No issues and I would definitely use her best services again

Pam just has it together!!! From the minute you first talk with her she just takes it from there. She made our life so much easier, we barely had to worry about anything. From start to finish, working with Pam was excellent! She provided detailed information about various resorts when we were researching, was patient and helpful with changes to reservations along the way, and even helped resolve a billing issue with the resort spa for me after the trip ended. After working with Pam, I think using a travel agenda (specifically, Pam Smith) is invaluable and will tell anyone who will listen how great she is!! She was able to seamlessly coordinate a four-day international vacation for ten of us, flying in and out at different times. She answered all of our questions promptly and thoroughly and gave us all kinds of great info about what to pack, how to tip at the resort, etc. prior to our travel. Working with Pam was the greatest decision we ever made! When deciding to go to Mexico for a 40th birthday party, we knew exactly what we wanted, but didnt know how to find it. Our priorities were the greatest food, top of the line accommodations and beautiful beaches! Pam gave us options all under our budget and even was able to get a BETTER price than that. We traveled with a big group of adults, and she took all the worry and stress right off our plates so we could focus on life. She let us know exactly when things were due and even booked us reservations at dinners for when we were there. She was so informative when it came to the pros and cons of our resort options, and she was spot on! Several of my friends had last minute plans that changed everything and she was able to help us navigate through all of it effortlessly. First “Real” Family Spring Break

Originally Pam planned a trip for our extended family to Jamaica and worked with my brother in Tulsa to coordinate it all. I took a chance and called to see if Pam would work with my family even though we reside out of state in Kansas. Very friendly, responsive, caring, enthusiastic and willing to consider our budget and intentions for the trip. She was honest about the strengths and challenges of each option she provided. For example, maybe not the most luxurious resort/rooms, but the activities, amenities, food and the enthusiasm/warmth of the Bolongo Bay staff means many families return again and again. That’s exactly what we experienced! The small resort could not have been a better fit for our family, between the beautiful setting, friendly staff, meals and scenery we were in heaven!

Best Travel Agent

My husband and I have planned two trips with Pam and brother were beyond expections. We went to Playa Del Carmen for our Honeymoon and the Riviera Maya for my 30th birthday with friends.
