So patient and answered all my questions. She helped me find the vacation of our dreams that fit our budget! When I first reached out I was booking a cruise for 26 girls for my bachelorette party. She handled it so well and got everybody’s information in line and it was perfect until Covid ruined our plans. When our cruise got canceled she made sure everybody got their refunds!As far as my honeymoon I told her that it was really important to us to visit Jamaica! But we were on a budget. She was able to find us a beautiful resort - all inclusive. She made sure it was within our budget and we were able to make payments! Right before the wedding approached she searched for days to find the best flight rate and booked us plane tickets! She got us these cute luggage tags and passport holders that say Mr. and Mrs.!& a folder with information about our stay. Inside of the folder she printed out everything about the resort and just anything we needed to know. She made traveling a breeze!

She was so helpful! I came to her without a real plan and just a few ideas and she was able to make it happen! It was almost immediate that she was able to give me multiple price options for my trip and help me find one that was in my budget! She also was able to compare prices and let me know the way to get the most discounted price! I’ve booked 2 trips with her now and will never use anyone else !

Michele is amazing! She is the best in helping plan and enjoy a trip. She has been our agent for several trips and cruises, including a large family cruise to celebrate my parents' 50 wedding anniversary. She knows all the details, keeps us informed, helps us choose and gives plenty of time to make decisions. And there have been a few panicked times when I needed her right away, and she was on the phone, ready to help at a moment's notice. She is the best!

Michele is responsive and very knowledgeable. She walked us through programs offered by the resorts. We always knew we had an advocate if something went wrong. Nothing ever went wrong but it was nice to know she would take care of things.

Michelle, has sent me and family members on countless trips and they have gone without any problems, she is sending my nephew on his honeymokn, no matter what i call or txt her on she does it, it could be just 1 night in a hotel but she takes csre of me, i will never leave her, she's looking into ireland for my mom and me for next year, she is a very tentative person, she does what she has too to make everything excellent, unless she quites, she will be my travel agent, so if you never booked with her, i suggest you do, you will never leave

Michele was absolutely fantastic! She was extremely professional, organized, honest, and competent! I was especially impressed by how well Michele listened to our specific requests and goals and that she was very easy to communicate with several times!
