Hi! My name is Melissa Liles, and I’ve been selling travel since July of 2013. I am a wife, Momma to 2 wild boys, and a lover of all things travel! :) I was born and raised in Panama City, Florida, and lived there until I married my husband in 2010 and moved to Alabama. After several years of moving between Alabama and Georgia, in 2017, we finally planted our roots and purchased a home in Villa Rica, Georgia.
Growing up, my family took several vacations to Walt Disney World, which is where my love for Disney began. I always wanted to work for Disney and dreamed of one day working in their call center, helping plan vacations. I’ve always been a planner, so the thought of helping plan other people’s vacations fascinated me. Fast forward to 2013… I saw an opportunity to become a Travel Advisor who specializes in Disney Destinations. It couldn’t have been a more perfect fit for me!
Since starting this journey, I have been able to expand my knowledge to book all Disney Destinations as well as Universal Parks & Resorts Vacations, Sandals & Beaches All-Inclusive Resorts, the Caribbean, Mexico, cruises, hotels, excursions, and so much more! While Disney will always be special to me, I enjoy learning about and traveling to new destinations.

Melissa is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She always responds very quickly to every single question. She stays up late and wakes up early to try and ensure you get the reservations you want. My last trip had to be cancelled last minute due to my daughter developing pneumonia and Melissa was not only empathetic, but worked hard to cancel the entire trip (including the non-refundable tickets). I can't say enough good things about her. 10 stars would be a more accurate rating.

From start to after we were back home,Melissa stayed in contact with us. We have had her plan 3 trips for us. All were great. Even when the folks at Disney put us in the wrong type rooms,she fixed the issue in 15 mins. We had been trying to solve it face to face for 2 hours. She was amazing. Best Disney World trip ever!

I reached out to Melissa and told her our family wanted to go to Disney World and stay at a Disney Resort. We have been to Disney before but never stayed at one of their resorts, so we had no idea how to even start. Melissa was great from the start to the finish! She gave us multiple option within our budget and provided all the details of every option. We were able to make a decision easily because of the wealth of information she provided. Once we were booked and ready to go, Melissa also provided us with some pro tips and treats we needed to try while at Disney World. We had an amazing trip and our 2 year old had the time of his life! Melissa has provided the most excellent service each time we have gotten our WDW trips booked through her. She is always on top of the very latest news about anything Disney. Discounts,shows and foods. Once we booked our trips,she has always tried to grab discounts for dining or tours. We are AP so its hard to get discounts for tickets in our case. She is our go to Lady for our trips pretty much anywhere. She did our trips UO. Again, the very best service. There has been one time we got to WDW resort and room was wrong. I called her and in less than 30 mins she had our issue resolved and Pixie dust later that night. Melissa is the very best.

Melissa helped my husband and I book a trip to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary! From the moment we contacted her she was an absolute pleasure to work with! We provided her the type of vacation we were looking for as well as our budget and she sent us multiple options that were catered to exactly what we were looking for. She even helped us when we had questions about obtaining our passports! Leading up to the trip she answered all of our questions in a very timely manner and gave suggestions of things for us to do while we were on our trip. She helped book us an incredible helicopter ride as well as a fun excursion to explore the island! We absolutely loved our time at the Sandals Regency La Toc resort in St. Lucia! The staff was incredibly accommodating and so friendly from the moment we arrived. The resort was clean and very well maintained. We can not say enough good things about our trip! Our Favorite Memories!

There are too many amazing things to say about Melissa Liles! She has planned two trips to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and Islands of Adventure for our group of 9 people. She had so much insight in the early stages of planning that gave us so many great options to choose from. She helped us get our large groups into amazing character meals that I had trouble trying to get a reservation for myself. After we booked, she was able to find discounts that were not available before and added them to our reservation for us! During the trip, I was confused about our dining plan so, I sent her a message and she was able to get back to me within 30 minutes to clear everything up! On our last day, she surprised us with the coolest batch of cookies delivered right to our door! If you want someone to give you some great advise and help the process go smoothly to have an amazing stress-free vacation then, you MUST talk to Melissa Liles!

She has so much knowledge of Disney! I can’t remember how many trips we have been on now, but she has been a part of them all! It is so nice having her to do all the dirty work for me! She’s the best??
