I have used Thelma's services two times so far and I love them. I planned my son's birthday trip to Disney and my trip to Cuba with her and it has been phenomenal. Excellent customer service and she is always there to cater any of my needs. Thelma has been the best, very professional and has extensive knowledge about Orlando and the Disney parks. Paradise on Earth - Must try

I reached out to Thelma for help with my family’s summer trip before my son heads to college. I didn’t know anything about travel options and Thelma made sure she explained everything thoroughly to me. I was able to make an informed decision to give my family a once in a lifetime experience. We had awesome transportation from the airport and were treated first class by staff at Moon Palace Jamaica. We dined at Momo, Pier 8, Buccaneers Reef, and even had beachside jerk chicken that my family could not get enough of. We also enjoyed desserts, pizza, and sushi that were all top notch. The 24 hour room service was pretty awesome and necessary too. Also don’t let me forget about the alcohol...the liquor was ALL top shelf too! The service was excellent and I loved going to breakfast and eating while looking at the perfect turquoise blue ocean. We had an opportunity to use resort credits and go to the spa, bob sledding, zip lining, and swimming with the dolphins to name a few.

BEST TRAVEL AGENT EVER

All I can say about my first experience with Thelma as our travel agent is that I was blown away with compassion and concern for her travelers. She helped us in ways that I could not even start to explain except if you have issues with your passport please let her know if you have issues with anything until the day you get on your flight you can reach out to her and she will be there. Not only did she book us a wonderful trip at an excellent resort this trip would not have been possible without her I will continue to reach out to her as a travel agent and refer her to anyone I know that needs somebody who cares about their clients.

Not enough good can be said about Thelma. From her promptness to her wisdom to her patience, all completely exceeded my expectations. This was my first time using a travel agency, and I was a little weary. Thelma made it seamless. And, wow! She found us a great selection of resorts to choose from for our stay in Mexico and kept us in budget. I also wanted options for the DR and Costa Rica, for which she both provided awesome options. She gave us tips and trips along the way, helped with a complaint we had for the resort, confirmed our transportation to and from the airport, and more. My partner and I will use her again and again.

I’ve been going to Orlando for years but it was my first time as a parent and she was able to point out things I would have never guessed. Thelma was an absolute blessing when it came to planning and organizing our honeymoon. Doing the research can be overwhelming, so we completely allowed Thelma to do the work for us. She respected our budget when considering destinations and offered her recommendations as well. She sent us the menu of “activities” from the resort and had everything booked for us with concierge prior to our arrival. She was very clear and organized when reviewing travel expectations and was timely with all replies to any questions we had along the way, and was even available at anytime during our trip. Thankfully everything went smoothly (no travel delays)!!! Thelma is nothing short of incredible and we would recommend her to anyone looking to plan a trip!!!
