The PLAYA DEL CARMEN area of Mexico is Beautiful

Our trip was Amazing. PLAYA DEL CARMEN is beautiful. Our room was directly on the Sea. We spent most of our time there on the huge Balcony overlooking the water. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner from Room Service many times there. We will definitely be going back in a few months. Great shows each night at 9:00 pm...Pool games in the morning and afternoon.(I won a T shirt playing BINGO). A special Christmas Show on Christmas Eve
night. We felt safe traveling and at the resort and in the town at the gate of the Resort. Definitely the best Beach Front Room we have ever stayed in.. We look forward to going back.

Disney is always a complex arrangement, long hold times, website that doesn't always work and tons of choices. She was very knowledgable about meals, transportation, rides... everything you'd want to know really. A truly magical first Disney trip!

Jo helped us plan the most amazing first Disney vacation ever! She answered my millions of questions promptly and with a smile, and helped make an itinerary that ensured we would do all of the things that would best fit the interests of me and my son. She woke up early to book our fast passes when I was unable and got us FastPasses for all of the rides that we had our hearts set on experiencing. While she was on her own Disney family vacation she sent me messages with tips to help us experience the new Star Wars ride. Jo was great! She planned our trip to Disneyland on a fairly short timeline. This was our first Disney trip and she had good advice on navigating the parks, tips for rides, explaining fast pass, the differences in hotels, etc. I could not have gotten this level of detail with my own internet research and I felt better while I was there that I could contact her with questions and concerns (we didn’t need to). The trip was incredibly smooth and fun!

Our Second Trip to Playa del Carmen in 3 months.

We went for our 2nd visit to Playacar Palace in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. We first visited in 2020 for our Anniversary on December 20th and we celebrated Christmas there. Our suite was directly on the Ocean. The water lapped against the shrubbery by the sidewalk under our balcony. We sat for hours, listening to the surf. We ate most of our Room Service Meals outside. Watching the Sunrise over the Ocean was Amazing. We would definitely recommend this resort if you want a quiet, carefree vacation. We walked to the shopping area outside the gates of the Hotel. No taxis or travel cost involved. Thanks, Jo, for all of your hard work to make our trip easier and safer.

Easy Disney Planning

It was easy and stress free! We found the things she recommended were awesome!! It was nice to have someone who knew about the different resorts and about the smaller details. We went to Universal one day during our trip and Jo set up a ride for us from our resort to the park. It was a very nice car service and was really convenient. Several time while on our trip we said we were glad she told us about where we were eating or what we were doing. Like Boo Bash! I’m not sure I’d have tried it without Jo’s recommendation.

She answered all my questions about tickets, the Disney parks, recommendations for activities and services, and information about accessibility for my mom who needed to rent a wheelchair. She did an awesome job. We had never been on a cruise before. She helped us every step of the way. She goes out of her way to make your exerience the best. Anytime I had questions she was right there to help. We already booked our next cruise with Jo. I would recommend her in a heartbeat!!
