Trip was great. Very few if any of our trips could I say this but the food was great (american’ized) as I call it. No tipping and they do a great job announcing it. Rooms, view very nice! Kids Club... oh let me tell you they were freaking fabulous. Our kids begged to go there everyday.,I do wish we had aligned better so they could have done more crafts. Only recommendations.. beach is extremely tiny and was a disappointment, the other would be to review with people coming in to look at the daily newspaper or resort paper so you could see the times of the activities that day. We used the insurance so that paid for itself.. Alex and I both got ear infection and he got pink eye. 490 dollars to get seen but insurance company here did a great job as I had the receipts. Reimbursed in like two weeks.

We recently returned from a fantastic 6 day 5 night trip at Sandals Montego Bay! The experience at Sandals was fantastic! My husband and I were nervous traveling during Covid and Janet made sure we had all the update information in regards to testing requirements, when to do travel authorizations, and what all was required to enter Jamaica and leave. The information was critical in helping the trip go off smoothly. This was our second trip with Janet and her team. And based off of her client support and experience we have two more trips booked! She ensures we get the best deal for our money which we definitely appreciated. Looking forward to Turks and Caicos this fall with the family!!

Beaches Ocho Rios

Hi Janet-We are on our way back and I couldn’t wait to tell you what a wonderful time we had!! The property was lovely and the staff attended to every need! We had a relaxing week!
We took advantage of all the water sports and the kids went to all the teen activities.
Our room was very spacious and we never asked to change to a better room. It was a great
location.
We did not do Club Mobay and we were so lucky because at both arrival and departure there were no lines at all!
