Joy did an amazing job of booking our resort reservations as well as dinner reservations for our family of 9 for our weeklong Christmas vacation in Cabo. She also arranged our transportation from the airport to our resort which was a huge help. Working with Joy was a breeze. I'm a busy working mom and needed someone to step in and plan our family trip to LA for me. As a working mom herself, Joy understood that I needed hands-on help and she delivered! Joy found us a great deal on a rental car and planned our entire visit to Universal Studios. She has visited the park with her own family and made excellent recommendations from food/drink to parking to which rides my 9 year old would probably find "too scary"! I knew nothing about visiting LA but Joy took all the pressure off. She basically made suggestions and I said "yes, let's book!" Joy did all the heavy lifting and we just enjoyed our vacation. She moved quickly to get us the best deals at the right times and I know our trip would have been far less successful if I had tried to plan it on my own.
