I can not recommend Savannah enough! She went above and beyond to make our trip to Mexico perfect. We had everything booked to go to Cancun but because of a tropical storm (later turning into a hurricane), we had to move all of our plans around the day before we left and ended up in Cabo! Savannah handled everything like it was no big deal (thank you!!) and we ended up having one of our favorite trips ever! We are already looking into when we can go back and will absolutely use The Savvy Travel Agency again.

The wife and I wanted to do something big a special for our 10 year anniversary trip. I contacted Savannah to book us in Bora Bora and she set up our entire trip with airfare and hotel, and even boat transfers and excursions. She even helped us when the airline delayed our luggage, even while Savannah was out of town herself. Savannah made the trip easy and painless. We have used Savannah for business and personal travel and she always goes above and beyond to make sure she understands what we are looking for in a trip and always has great recommendations. She makes sure everything goes well on the trip and is always willing to help out in any way if anything comes up while we are traveling. She also adds a special touch to every trip to make sure her people are taken care of. Our latest trip was our spring break cruise to celebrate our daughters upcoming college graduation. Great famly trip

Savannah set us up with a resort in Mexico that was very different than your usual all inclusive. I was a little unsure at first but it turned out to be one of the best resorts that I have ever been to. The concept was Gourmet inclusive instead of all inclusive, and it was awesome. Great food, great service, and fantastic atmosphere. Savannah at the Savvy Travel agency took care of everything for our entire family (17 total people in our group). She even got us hooked up with a special dinner at the resort that would have cost extra but because or our large group she was able to get it include at no additional cost. We didn't have to worry about any of the payments or when they were do because she kept up with all of that and made sure we had private transfers to the resort from the airport too. If you are thinking about traveling you need to call her!!! She Rocks!!!

From Quiet Family Dinners to Whale Shark Watching

Savannah was a huge, huge help in every stage of the process. In the planning stages, she helped us narrow down which locations we could go to, offering the pros and cons of each. In the booking stage, she connected us with the right people and always followed up on things. After our trip, she asked us what worked and what didn't.And the place she picked was perfect. We had easy access to some cool excursions, whale shark watching/swimming, sea turtle snorkeling, and the like. Our family enjoyed a bunch of different types of cuisine on site. Also, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly.
Our family definitely made some memories on this trip—some moments and conversations that I will look back on and that turned the page for us as a whole family. And that's the whole reason to vacation in the first place. We are very thankful.
I would recommend Savannah without reservation. She is among the best.

She followed up with us a week before our trip to make sure we were all set and answered any additional questions we had.
