I have been a Disney fan since the first time I marched down Main Street USA in Walt Disney World with my high school marching band, but in 2008, after my first stay on property, I became a Disney fanatic! Since then, I have enjoyed furthering my Disney knowledge and have become a fount of Disney-vacationing advice to everyone who knows me.
I am also a Sandals and Beaches Specialist, and in 2021 I become a Sandals Resorts WeddingMoons Silver Specialist.
I enjoy helping people make memories, just like the ones I've made with my wife, Malorie, and our four kids.

Tim has been exceptional to work with! We were originally scheduled to cruise to the Bahamas, but we were not able to go because of Hurricane Dorian. At the very last minute we had to cancel our trip, but Tim was able to book us an incredible all inclusive vacation in Cancun the day before we left. We have used Tim many times. He plans all of our trips. He is top-notch from the beginning stages of where we should go through when we return home. He is organized, thorough, responsive, and he truly cares about your entire experience. Tim was awesome. He took care of all of the details for a Disney trip for 6 of us over Christmas. Even though this was supposed to be the one of the busiest weeks of the year at Disney, we had no trouble with the rides (thanks to the Fast Passes) or Dining (thanks to the reservations he made in advance) or any other area. I cannot say enough good things about Tim. I decided one day it was time to take my daughter to Disney world in 2017. I knew NOTHING, he came recommended by a friend, and I said why not. The rest is history! He planned every detail for me and my daughter. Accommodations, itinerary, dining, fast passes, parks everything. I had tons of questions, he always responded almost immediately. I had ideas if they were bad ones he would say so! He even helped during our actual trip, when a couple of things came up. We used him again for our subsequent trip February 2019. We leave in 76 days on yet another adventure to Universal that Tim has planned as well. He takes out ALL of the guess work out in what needs to happen. He gets you the deals, the fast passes, the extras! I will NEVER plan another vacation without Tim, because this is what he does, and he's the expert! Thanks always Tim!

Our family lives to eat on vacation . No matter how long or short the trip is. Our trip planning starts with where will eat ?! Tim planned the perfect quick getaway to Chattanooga TN. Picked out the perfect breakfast spot for us. Which has to have good coffee and food. Followed by an amazing lunch and dinner choice . All while planning other fun filled stops in between there to meet the needs of our family of 5. To know you are going to eat good meals and have fun activities in a city you have never been to was such a relaxing way to travel and enjoy a brand new city .

Tim has planned multiple trips for us, making each one incredibly special and personalized, allowing us to focus on making memories with our family and friends. Trips include Walt Disney World, Sandals, Cloud Camp, cruises, and pre-cruise experiences. Tim is always "on" and one step ahead of the beat, as he identifies savings and new experiences, often before the general public knows of them. I get a random email or text message saying "you're in!". Tim takes the work out of planning a vacation, and he's on call when we're traveling, just in case. We always use Tim to book cruises and Disney, etc! He offers a priceless service and we didn’t have to worry about park reservations etc, because Tim handles all of that! This year we wanted to do 2 days at Universal and 2 at Disney and Tim recommended a break day in between and we were SO glad we took that advice! We felt rested and ready for two more park days after a day at the pool relaxing! Whether booking a cruise or theme park, Tim saves me so many hours of research and stress and we just get to go and enjoy! Can’t recommend him enough!

A Great Trip to Celebrate Walt Disney World's 50th

Tim helped us plan another great vacation. When I reached out to him to tell him we wanted to go to WDW for the 50th birthday, he provided tips and suggestions on where to stay. When we weren't able to get our choice hotel for the full second part of our stay, he monitored that reservation and snagged it for us when it later became available. In addition, as we modified our trip (adding and taking off guests), Tim seamlessly made the changes for us. Our rooms and views were spectacular. (We traveled September 30 - October 8 with a split stay at Boulder Ridge at Wilderness Lodge and Disney's Riviera Resort.)

It had been over 10 years since we were last in WDW. Tim and his team never may me feel anything BUT important and worth every concern I expressed. Tim listened carefully to my desires as my husband and I were celebrating our 50th anniversary with our family. With a family of 10, dinner reservations can be difficult at best but once again, Tim and his staff worked their magic. Everything was just perfect. Working with Tim to plan our trip was magical! I had never been to Universal Studios Orlando and Tim was quick to extinguish any of my nerves and even get me excited and eager for the trip! He recommended an appropriate resort, length of stay and ticket package that served our needs and every single "want" on our list! Tim made sure I was comfortable with the cost and all things considered before finalizing, and then we were good to go. Prior to our departure, Tim sent a list of items to prepare and they were right on! Our family of four enjoyed 5 nights and 4 days in 3 parks. I feel like we created memories and inside jokes that will last a lifetime! Wizards, Water parks and walks in the rain!

We have used Tim three times for our trips to Disney World! I have been so pleased every time! Tim is not only knowledgeable about everything Disney, but he also goes the extra mile to make sure his clients are taken care of. He has made our trips so successful and non stressful because of the way he comes along side his clients and takes care of their needs. Fast passes, dining reservations, resort information, discounts, Disney’s Magical Express, are just a few things Tim took care of for us! We have been able to eat at Cinderella’s Royal Table, Star Wars Land and many other neat places that we could not have gotten into if we didn’t book through Tim. Tim was able to get us literally everything we wanted out of our Disney trip and we didn’t have to do anything except show up and enjoy it! He got us the best fast passes and dining reservations and was helpful in make sure we had everything we needed even to the extent of being available during our trip when there was threat of a hurricane (which ended up not being a problem). It was the best Disney trip we’ve had and will definitely have him book our next trip!

I’ve always been one to think “I know plenty, I can do it myself” and avoided using travel agents... until I met Tim. I can honestly say that Tim is everything a travel agent should be - personable, detailed, quick, and honest! There’s never been a moment where I’ve reached out and haven’t heard back almost immediately. It’s so nice to know that he is available at all times and makes your trip feel just as important as anyone else’s. He remembers all due dates and let’s you avoid that 7am rush of getting reservations booked by taking care of it for you. I can’t recommend him enough and will never go back to the “I got this” mindset. Now it’s always “I’ll contact Tim” first!

We used him again this year for planning our family trip to Universal Studios and Hard Rock Hotel Resort. We will be there in just about a month! I have worked with other travel agents over the years. I was introduced to Tim about a year ago and decided to give him a chance to prove himself as a travel agent and to meet our travel needs. Since then Time has worked with me and my family to find great deals and book various vacations for us from cruises, Disney and a 8 night trip to St. Lucia. Working with Tim has been amazing. Absolute Life Saver

Tim swooped in a time that can only be described as a critical emergency. My fiancé and I had planned our honeymoon for a resort that was no longer going to be an option because of things going on in the area and when our current travel anger wasn’t able to provide us with the assistance we needed, Tim came in and saved the day at what was essentially the last minute. He was able to find find us our same room at a different resort and the same dates even though we were about 2 months out from our trip. He was nothing short of a life saver and will be my go to travel agent from now on.

Our WDWTO19 (Walt Disney World Takeover 2019) trip was magical! By far our best trip to WDW. Tim did an excellent job in providing answers, suggestions, and legwork to make this trip truly awesome!
