Alston was fantastic. He made the process easy. The biggest thing for me was he listened to what we were wanting and he found us the perfect vacation. We have never used a travel agent before so we had a lot of questions he was patient with us and explained everything In detail. While we were on our honeymoon we didn’t have to second guess or worry about a thing because of him.

As a Walt Disney World "veteran" I was hesitant in using a travel agent. I didn't' think I really needed one because of my familiarity with the parks. I'm so glad that I got beyond my hesitation and enlisted Alston & Travelmation! Alston is prompt, knowledgable, and kind. Furthermore, with the current WDW cancellations, I have little worry on how to get refunded and or rescheduled (If needed!). From the moment I contacted him in January, he has been a travel stress reliever. To all of those WDW veterans out there, use a travel agent! It can save you some headache.

Our Disney Trip

Alston planned our trip to Disney this past September. As you can imagine there are an overwhelming amount of things to do and see and eat at Disney so it was hard to decide what we actually wanted for our trip. Alston helped us immensely by recommending his favorites (which were phenomenal and I’m so glad we took his advice), letting us be as involved in the planning as much or as little as we wanted, and made sure that our top priorities for the trip were met. I’m so glad he’s branched out and is planning more than just Disney vacations. I cannot wait to have his help planning a trip again.

Alston is always professional and courteous. He asks the right questions in order to make sure our vacation is the best it can be. He also makes sure to follow-up when something gets wonky. For example, we had purchased a cruise with included flight. When Alston saw some issues with those flights happening, he called to let me know so that we could get a refund on the flight portion of the cruise and schedule our own flights.

Alston and Tiffany are my awesome Travelmation Team! Anytime you need to travel anywhere - contact them. Not only do they quickly find you the stay you want, they are there for you 100% of the way. They ensured we had all that we needed: hotel and meal reservations as well as a group tour. They even added an extra family member at the last minute.
Tiffany, bless her heart dealt with all my concerns about ticketing in Disneyland. I was nervous about accessing park tickets on my phone. She knew when we would be entering and texted me to ensure we were in!
Once I did not book with Alston as he was on paternity leave. He knew we would be traveling as a hurricane approached. He reached out and offered to help reschedule my entire trip even though he did not book it! He is so helpful and loyal to his customers!

Alston has always provided great service, is available at all times (even during his personal family vacations). He is always responsive by phone, text and email. He has great recommendations and informs me of any benefits that I may be able to take advantage of long after I have already booked plans with him. He cares more about his clients than his commissions and has personally directed me in decisions that were beneficial to me, costing him additional time and resources while sacrificing his own ability to make money from a choice that I would have made without his advise.Most of all, Alston is just a great guy, he is caring , compassionate and kind. This man knows what he is doing

Excellent. I took a trip to Japan with 6 different places I was staying in 5 different cities and he booked all of them. One was a Ryokan with a hard to find website with barely any English. This guy knows his way around a travel site.
