I am so passionate about Europe! I have been fortunate enough to travel all over Western and Eastern Europe, on both tours and independent vacations. My longest stint in Europe was for three months studying abroad in London, while there I was able to get the full cultural experience as a student. I learned so much on this venture! I was able to travel almost every weekend to different countries/cities including, Ireland, Amsterdam, Paris and Barcelona as well as all over England. I have also traveled to multiple cities in Italy and France. I truly feel that I am the perfect person to go to for your European travels. If its an escorted tour you are interested in I will be happy to find out which one of our many preferred tour partners would best fit the vacation you are envisioning. We work with THE best tour operators including Tauck, Globas/Monograms, Trafalgar, Insight Vacations, and CIE Tours just to name a few. Escorted tours are a great way to enjoy a stress free trip to Europe! The itineraries are already put together for you and every last detail of the trip is done! You will almost always make a new friend or two as well! If escorted tours just aren't for you I am happy to assist you in booking an independent vacation. This gives you all the power in the decision making process. I will be able to help you with every part of your independent vacation starting with your international airfare, working with you in finding the perfect centrally located hotels in each city you plan to visit as well as your rail and inter Europe air if needed! 20th wedding anniversary trip

Excellent service. We appreciate her help with making sure our anniversary dinner was planned. This was our 20th anniversary and she made sure the hotel knew. For some unknown reason, the hotel employee acted like he didn't know about it, but we're sure she called to tell them. Also, when the hotel emailed that they would have construction near the wedding chapel, Courtenay made sure that the hotel management didn't place us near the construction.We know we could book vacations online, but we prefer this personal service. She listens well and helps us make great decisions.

Courtenay was great! She really took into account the aspects of a vacation that are important to us. In our case, that means lots of activities and entertainment. She recommended Ocho Rios Jamaica and gave us a lot of price options to choose from. She was very responsive and prompt in getting back to us when we had questions. Courtenay booked all our flight and resort reservations for a fair price, and everything went very smoothly. We had an absolute blast and we have Courtenay to thank for all she did for us. Courtaney is an amazing travel agent! I was searching for a travel agency to help me book/coordinate our wedding in Cancun. She did an exceptional job getting me in contact with the wedding coordinator of the hotel, reaching out to them any time I had trouble. Booked many rooms for our family and friends and made it easier for everyone to just book their stay. My wedding planning in Mexico would have been very stressful if she wasn't there to help. I booked a cruise for my mother and sister through Courtenay. Courtenay's experience with Alaskan cruises was invaluable in getting the most out of the adventure. She knows how to bundle offers and incentives the cruise lines offer to get the best value. Celebrity Cruise Lines was top notch in client service and the food was outstanding. Don't forget the drink package and book the Skagway Train Tour well in advance or you won't get a seat. Don't miss this!We'll be calling Courtenay next year!

All of the sudden, we knew that we needed a vacation. The trip was a great success and we had a great time! With such short notice, we decided to try the shop down the street, Travel Leaders Indy. Great idea to use Travel Leaders Indy, no disappointments whatsoever, and I had none of the hassle of making all of the arrangements myself. We were pleased with the suggested St. Petersburg, Florida area. We were pleasantly surprised with the recommended hotel Guy Harvey Outpost. The hotel aquarium, fishing-theme, restaurants, beech and pool were great. We actually preferred the hotel restaurants and activities, even after we did venture out and tried other places.The entire trip was very well planned and scheduled and we were very happy to use Travel Leaders Indy and the travel agent Courtenay Crockett. It was a great idea to accept the recommendations of the travel agent Courtenay Crockett of Travel Leaders Indy. The flight, hotel, Uber rides, and entire trip were great. Thanks!

Courtenay helped us with all aspects of our recent 2 week cruise to Australia and New Zealand. She booked our cruise, air, hotels, car service, and side trips as well as walked us through the visa process and gathering all the needed information and documents. She even contacted the car service in Australia to confirm the time of our pick up at the hotel the day before we headed home. She is knowledgable and efficient. When asked a question, not only does she get back to you right away, but she searches and offers multiple options. If she does not know the answer, she knows how and where to get the information needed. We could not have been more pleased.
