As a MIL Spouse and Independent Certified Travel Agent, I am privileged to be able to provide world-class service and leisure travel opportunities to some of the Nation's finest men and women - and their Families. Unlike an online "Order Taker Agency", I'm going to make sure I've gotten you the best price on the right vacation for the most amazing experience. And I will be there for you throughout. After all, we're in this together. And, No Fees for my Military Service Members (Both past and present - You've already Paid.
Over the years, I have accumulated an an ever-expanding "pocket list" of suppliers who have shown an appreciation for Military folks and are willing to reward that Service with on-board credits, special pricing, discounts or other amenities and I would love to share that information with you.
My Specialty is really Cruising - all the Lines, All the Time. Combined with a working knowledge of Space-A, I can usually pair you up with an incredibly-priced repositoning cruise to some of the most fabulous locations in the world at much less than you thought possible. I can also answer your questions, address your concerns and make suggestions and recommendations to you that will save you time and headaches - all at no additional cost to you. But, don't worry - if you need hotels, tours, airlines or have other travel needs, I'm totally qualified. :)

Unexpected hospitalization

My husband was recently hospitalized in Italy during a trip we had booked with Dawn Crowe. She was in contact with me during the entire experience, making calls and sending emails to the insurance company and the cruise ship. I honestly don't know what I would have done without her.

COVID cruise

Dawn is awesome! She has worked tirelessly for us during covid and afterwards. Our very first cruise was cancelled 10 days before we were to depart. Dawn helped us every step of the way and rebooked us for another cruise. When that cruise was cancelled, she again spent hours on the phone straightening everything out. Because Dawn is so dedicated, honest, hard-working, and just the nicest person you would ever want to meet, we stay w/ her because she is that good! We rebooked in January 2022 and have booked another cruise w/ Dawn in January 2023. Dawn listens well and finds the best cruises for us!

What a difference a good Travel Agent makes!

We travel quite a bit and over the years have had a number of travel agents. However, until we found Dawn Crowe we didn’t know the value of a good travel agent. In the past, once our agent signed us up for a trip, we didn’t hear from them again until it was time to travel, when we asked them to print out our boarding info. And usually we had to request that, it wasn’t a service that was offered. When Dawn entered our lives it was fantastic service from day one! She researched to get us the best pricing, extra on-board credit, and other benefits that we didn’t know about. Then she watched the pricing and was able to reduce our fares once and sometimes twice before we sailed! We feel confident having Dawn as our agent. We know she always has our back and will do everything in her power to make our trips extra special!

I would have given her 10 stars if you had offered that option. Dawn has been amazing-- helping us deal w/issues that can arise while traveling these days. After having just a few phone calls with her--I consider her not only a gifted TA, but my friend also. She was a comfort to me when my Mom passed recently--that is a friend! She has planned and handled all issues for FOUR cruises just this year for us. She talks me off the edge when things are in a kerfuffle and fixes the problems caused by others--mostly our air travel cancelations. She is a skilled professional and my go to person for all travel needs. She a skilled professional and a super-human regarding her listening and people skills. Just can't say enough. She is my TA, and my person.

Dawn has not seen only provided my wife with excellent cruises deals, but also my extended family on a recent Alaska cruise that had to be rescheduled twice over the past two years due to the CDC travel restrictions during the COVID pandemic

She has several times in a crisis situation been able to resolve any traveling emergencies I have had and been able to make these arrangements on the fly. First time vacationers

Quick, efficient and responsive. Asked the pertinent questions and made our trip exactly what we needed. After taking our trip we contacted Dawn for another, back to back it was that great! Not only was she able to take care of it on short notice she got us a great deal and some delightful perks. Flowers, champagne and a personalized cake for our anniversary! We had an amazing time and 10 out of 10 will do again.

Working with Dawn is a pleasure. Anytime I posed an "I’m thinking about cruising" conversation, she jumped in giving us options to go through, answering every question. She never complained when we changed our minds. We booked a cruise through Dawn for October 2019. Each time, she treated us like first class customers. She walked us through the process to ensuring we got the best deal. I even asked for a certain room and was told "NO, under no circumstances". The room would be far too noisy. I appreciate the honesty, because it was actually a more expensive room which could have translated into more money for her. She works hard to ensure that every family she works with has the best deal and the best time. If you value hard work, honesty and a family like feel, then Dawn is the one for you. She won't push a cruise on you just to sell it, she asks questions to make sure the cruise is the perfect fit for you and your family. She is the best.

It is always a fun-filled experience working with Dawn on our family vacations. Very thorough, responsive and timely. I have been searching on my own for three years on how to afford a Disney cruise for my three boys. She regularly FB posts unbelievable travel deals and I read the Disney. Within a few minutes, she quickly replied to my inquiry. She snagged me a great deal on a Disney Cruise with adjoining cabins with verandas. As an added value, she carefully follows up on ensuring that I had received the necessary reservation documents and forwards travel advisory/alerts. She even proposed a nearby lodging where we may stay the night before our ship's departure. She is currently working on proposals for my large family's upcoming reunion. Dawn does a phenomenal job and always ensures that things run smoothly from start to finish. She's incredibly knowledgeable and her experience with the military has helped us get the best deals possible.
