In November of 2020 I was selected to visit Mexico to show you how it was safe to travel during Covid, what a wonderful experience
I have traveled extensively in Mexico and the Caribbean and can provide expert advice, whether its your first time travel or if you are a seasoned traveler.
I feel us Travel Agents are a valuable asset to you the consumer, especially with the last year we have had with the Pandemic. I have spent countless hours re booking my clients and getting them home safely during the pandemic. This we do because we love the travel industry.

Smooth!! Justine did a magnificent job arranging out travel to Florida in April. Zero hiccups and 1st rate all the way! The facility, Sheraton Sand Key Resort, was spectacular!! Our first family all-inclusive trip!

Justine went above and beyond our expectations. I was VERY nervous about traveling to Mexico. After many conversations with her, she took away my fears. She checked in with us many times throughout our vacation to make sure everything was okay. The hotel staff mixed up our room accommodations and she was more than willing to get it straightened out but we chose to just leave it be. She also looked for new flights home due to a large snowstorm at home. We couldn't have asked for a better travel agent. We will continue to do business with Justine for all of our future travel needs.

There were 22 of us wanting to vacation together in Mexico. Justine did a great job managing all the aspects of the trip with such a diverse group and relatively short notice. She was professional, communicated well and was very responsive to any issues that arose. She even went to bat for us when something didn't go smoothly at the resort and got us appropriate compensation. She was a delight to work with and I would highly recommend her for your travel needs!
