Amazing! She was extremely professional, great communicator, knowledgeable! She did all the work for us and got us the best deal. She went above and beyond to ensure we were prepared and gave ups great tips for traveling too! I highly recommend her for all travel needs!!

Best cruise ever

She picked great staterooms for us so we always had great views. She planned group meals for us. She helped us to pick great excursions. She provided lanyards for us and written schedules as well as helped us get on the NCL.

I have had Nathalie plan 2 vacations for me. On both occasions she went above and beyond what she would receive commissions for planning. The first had to be canceled due to health issues. The second adventure she planned for me became the vacation of a lifetime. Her intuition of finding the perfect place to stay with perfect blend of staff and fellow guest type was uncanny. It was truly the BEST vacation of my 75 years! Thanks again Nathalie!

I would definitely recommend this agent. She exceeds my expectations every time I use her services. She does extensive research to get you the best hotels and activities to do at a very reasonable price. Furthermore, before your departure, she gives a folder that has all the details about the trip. I have been doing business with her for at least 15 years and was never disappointed !
