I cruised Viking on the Danube from Budapest to Passau, Germany as well as the Rhine from Amsterdam to Basel, Switzerland just recently. Viking is amazing! Outstanding food, service and ships! Everything is taken care of for you. It truly is a wonderful way to see the world. We have used their services for years. The attention to detail has made our travels fantastic. Never a hiccup no matter how complicated our itinerary. Currently Kathy is helping us navigate changing plans for Spain and Portugal in light of the pandemic. She has taken the worry out of rescheduling plans.

She had recent experience traveling in Egypt, and I found her advice and knowledge invaluable.
I had an issue in the middle of my trip--Kathy contacted the tour company and got them to finally contact me. She followed up to make sure everything was taken care of which it was.
I had delays on the trip home, and though I ended up making all the connections, Kathy kept in touch with me and made sure everything was o.k.
Kathy is very professional and always responds as quickly as she can to emails and phone calls. She cared very much that I got the trip that I wanted, which I did.
The Best Mediterranean Cruise Ever!
Even during the uncertainty of the Pandemic Kathy was able to answer all our questions and continuously pointed us in the right direction. We never felt uneasy on the status of our voyage. Kathy did a great job of preparing us for the trip and provided thorough overviews of what to expect both on and off the ship. We are thankful for all Kathy did and look forward to having her help us with future cruises.

Most recently my self, my wife and two teenage kids went to Punta Cana 3/18 - 3/24/2016. Anytime I had a question, Kathy was always available to help. About a week before we left, Kathy got us upgraded to a NOW resort. If you have not stayed in one of these resorts, you won't be disappointed. She got us the upgrade for the same price and had an awesome time. The reason I keep coming back to Kathy, and Travel Leaders is we get the same great service every time.They make travel so easy that all you have to do is show up to the airport. She even solved a small hiccup that happened at the end of our trip that didn't even involve the travel company. They go above and beyond and have a customer for life. Thanks Kathy and Travel Leaders
