Kathy put together an affordable, fun filled, great sight seeing, awesome hotel accommodations trip for us to Spain! Being new travelers to Europe, Kathy took care of every detail for us. She perfectly planned all our excursions and tours , each was better than the next but still with free time built in. And when our flight was cancelled on the way home, Kathy was right there on top of things getting us on a new flight in no time. Kathy really listened to the experiences we wanted to have on our vacation and she delivered! She spent a lot of time finding the hotels and excursions we wanted. Kathy helped me plan my trip for over a year, she worked with the tour company to create the itinerary I wanted. She gave me group options and private options so that I could make an informed choice.She had recent experience traveling in Egypt, and I found her advice and knowledge invaluable.
I had an issue in the middle of my trip--Kathy contacted the tour company and got them to finally contact me. She followed up to make sure everything was taken care of which it was.
I had delays on the trip home, and though I ended up making all the connections, Kathy kept in touch with me and made sure everything was o.k.
Kathy is very professional and always responds as quickly as she can to emails and phone calls. She cared very much that I got the trip that I wanted, which I did.

Kathy was outstanding from start to finish and was a major reason we had such a successful voyage. Even during the uncertainty of the Pandemic Kathy was able to answer all our questions and continuously pointed us in the right direction. We never felt uneasy on the status of our voyage. Kathy did a great job of preparing us for the trip and provided thorough overviews of what to expect both on and off the ship. Kathy was super helpful and kind! I was planning my honeymoon which was overwhelming with everything else going on and she put my mind at ease and was always there with helpful information. She always was quick to respond and gave me honest feedback to help me plan the trip that was perfect for us! We were able to balance leisure and adventure which was exactly what we wanted.
I would absolutley recommend working with Kathy if you are at all like me and get easily overwhelmed when planning a trip. Get out there!
