For more than 26 years, I have been pushing myself outside of my comfort zone and traveling the world. When I first began traveling, I worked with travel agents to plan my trips, and I usually had 1,000 questions for them. I began to notice that they grew tiresome and even became annoyed with me, and that was when I realized that I needed to go into the travel industry myself.

Vowing that I would only provide my customers with the best, most personalized service while answering every one of their questions, I decided to turn my passion into a profession!  My favorite trips to plan for my clients include:

• All-inclusive vacations — I've traveled extensively throughout Mexico, the Bahamas and the Caribbean. I often use my personal experiences in order to provide my clients with recommendations that are perfect for their own unique needs and desires. These vacations are truly relaxing, as you don't have to worry about money, transportation or other logistics. Typically, your most difficult decision is choosing which pool you would like to visit that day!
• Cruises — I have taken more than 16 cruises and have visited nearly every port-of-call in the Caribbean. I'm an expert resource for my clients, and I love to help create customized itineraries for their cruise vacations. I often call these the perfect family trip, because everyone will disconnect and enjoy time together!
• European tours — These tours are increasing in demand, and I have relationships with several prominent vacation suppliers in Europe. My clients have enjoyed in-depth experiences that allow them to immerse themselves in the culture and history of Europe. Some of my favorite destinations here include London, Paris and Rome.

I like to remind my clients of my favorite quote by Andre Gide: "Man cannot discover new oceans unless he loses sight of the shore."

Quick and detailed responses from start to finish!

One of the main things that my clients will say about me and why they refer their friends and family, is for my quick and detailed responses. Any client of mine knows they can call, email, or text anytime with questions they may have about their upcoming vacation. 

I had a client taking a mother daughter cruise with several friends. They all met for dinner one night to discuss the details of the cruise. With the questions flowing between them, they decided to conference me in during their dinner. Not only were they elated and most appreciative that I could help at that moment, I also completed 2 passengers online check-in while on the phone. 

That one call led to less stress and worries that they had everything they needed to board the ship.
