LeaAnne fell in love with Disney at a very early age. She remembers seeing “Cinderella” the movie in theaters when it was first released and knew that Disney would be a passion in her life.! As a child her parents took she and her sister to Walt Disney World every Thanksgiving and remembers those were the best memories growing up. Riding the Haunted Mansion with her father was a special thing they did together and she still calls him from inside the attraction to let him hear the audio!
Now LeaAnne is married to her Disney soulmate with 3 true Disney Princesses and tries to visit WDW as much as possible.! LeaAnne has visited WDW over 50 times and cannot wait to visit again! After planning trips to WDW for friends and family she now wishes to share her love of travel with others.

LeaAnne was fabulous to work with. As a newly single Dad looking for help quickly she was a godsend. She reponded quickly to my initial inquiry and I explained what I was looking for and my budget. She quickly replied with three awesome options all on the money and on budget. We fine tuned out thinking and she provided a few more options. By the way I had also contacted two other agents and had similar initial conversations and they never even got back to me. Anyway, I selected the destination I wanted after she answered questions and gave lots more details on excursion options, etc. From there the process was seemless and turnkey. Just what I wanted. She followed up throughout the process, prior to the trip, during my trip, and after to make sure no detail was missed. I could t recommend anyone more highly!

This was our first time working with The Dollar family. My wife and I are both managers, so we were both apprehensive because this was a very complex trip for 21 days.We started working with the Dollars about one year prior to traveling as this was a very huge, complex trip with 3 different cities in Australia, and several cities in New Zealand. They provided us many choices and different itinerary’s to choose from.
I must say the Dollar’s were with us every step of the way, and was always available to answer questions. They assisted us with visas, weather conditions, currency, restaurants, and great tours.
Communication is paramount in this process. The Dollars were always positive, and verified our itinerary the day prior to our tours and travel.
They also checked in with us daily, and wanted to make sure we were having fun and all was going well. The Dollar’s support and just knowing they were there meant the world to us.

Trip to visit family

I flew from Knoxville to Boise to visit family. While my actual flights coming and going were an absolute nightmare, LeaAnne went out of her way to try and straighten everything out and to do whatever it took to make my delays easier and to try and get compensation back from the airline for the inconvenience. Though the airline never followed through, this was not due to any fault of LeaAnnes who went above and beyond for me. There is no one to blame for that but the airline, something I will never forget nor will I fly with them ever again. But I would, without hesitation, use LeaAnne for any travel plans in the future. She is amazing and is the best at what she does, and I would - and do - recommend her to anyone looking to make any type of travel plans. She is first class all the way!

We love to travel, but had never used a travel agent to book our trips before. Working with LeaAnne made vacation planning so easy! I told her we were interested in an all-inclusive vacation, shared a few specifics, and gave her our budget. She found us the perfect resort with enough activities to satisfy my husband and myself, as well as two teenage boys. LeaAnne kept us up to date on flight changes before travel, checked on us while traveling, and let us know all our flights were running on time to come back home...they even offered to check us in for our flights. Great service made easy...I'd give 10 Stars, if I could!

I was wowed! When I first talked to LeaAnne, she gave the feeling of trust, but I was still a little skeptical when getting off the phone with her to plan my Disney trip. It is rare that someone helps for "free"! As she continued to help, I realized that in fact she did care about my vacation, and she wanted nothing in return from me. A Disney trip requires planning down to the very small detail which I struggle in the small details of things. I was afraid that I would have fast passes planned at one place and dinner reservations planned at another. She did all of that for me and made sure that I had everything correct. I had made some mistakes on my planning and she fixed it all. So the day came for the trip! This is where the travel agent usually falls off the face of the earth! LeaAnne did not! She was with me through my entire trip. I actually think that if my car had broken down, I could have called her and she would have taken care of it all (I had a little car trouble on the way)! My hotel room flooded a little...it happens...and she took care of it all. She knew the right hotels to stay in and exactly how to organize my trip to make it the best vacation we have ever had! I was wowed! She even checked to make sure we were home safely! I will book all my vacations with her!! I was wowed and humbled by her love of her job to plan the best vacation for her clients, tailored to their needs!

LeaAnne worked hard to get us exactly what we wanted for our honeymoon. She made sure to make us feel special and answered any questions we had! She sent many different all inclusive resorts she thought we would enjoy and we LOVED the one we chose! She even worked with my mother to make a surprise dolphin excursion as our Christmas gift! A few days before we left, she made sure to have an itinerary ready for us and gave us little "tips" for the trip to make sure it was as easy and effortless as possible for us. We we arrived, everything was perfectly set and she checked in to make sure we were well taken care of. Everything was just PERFECTION :)

This past vacation we took was an amazing vacation! This was our third time booking with LeaAnne and our second Disney trip. She helped me so much on our first trip, that I was able to navigate reservations and the genie plus by myself. I was glad that she recommended the genie plus to us as it helped us get on rides faster. She helped us a lot when my parents couldn’t go last minute. I’ve had other friends use other travel agents but theirs did not recommend the fast pass or tell them about additional charges like parking and how much food would cost. LeaAnne tells you upfront about these things and made us feel prepared.

This vacation to Disney World came together seamlessly even though we are located in different areas of the country, primarily through the efforts of LeaAnne! We shared with her our interests and priorities, and she expertly coordinated all aspects of our trip! We achieved all of our “must do’s” and had a wonderful time without having to worry about the details of the trip! She kept us informed every step of the way. We planned a Disney trip in Nov of 2014 and I am going tell you I really had no desire to go on this trip, but with LeaAnne's help it was the best trip ever.oh and she saved us a bunch of money. We were able to adjust our last trip to where we were able to get free dinning. She watches for price drops or deals and helps save families money. We couldn't wait to go back to disney. We booked another trip to Disney for March 2017 for 2 days and a cruise afterwards. She booked both for us. I could not have asked for a more helpful person. She knows the ends and outs of Disney. She told me what places were good to eat at for both quick service and table service. She was a gem helping with what fast passes and planning our day. Disney changes so much and she is always up to date with the newest things. I highly recommend LeaAnne to plan any vacation.

LeaAnne was there for me from the moment I decided to take a trip.. me not being for sure exactly where I wanted to go and giving great options and recommendations. When we arrived in paradise she kept in contact with me to make sure everything was perfect. When paradise turned into an emergency evacuation order due to hurricane Delta, LeaAnna didn’t leave me hanging. She worked tirelessly to make sure I was safe. I’m certain she got me and my travel partner the last 2 seats out of Cancun. This was our first time using a travel agent but we will definitely continue to use LeaAnna Dollar. If you want a 100% relaxing vacation you should allow LeaAnna to help you book your next trip.

After using LeaAnne & Jeff for a spontaneous trip with so much ease, we decided to contact them before anyone else when the time came to plan our honeymoon. We planned a trip for three families coming from.Oregon, Washington and Tennessee. LeaAnne worked great with the different time zones. Coordinated everyone getting together within 2 hours of each other. Her first hand knowledge of the polynessian resort accurately described meeting area for all families to meet at disney property without feeling lost. I reached out to LeaAnne and Jeff when needing help to plan my wife's 40th birthday trip. It had been several years since I used a travel agent and I wasn't sure if it was a good option for us. After spending countless hours researching various destinations I reached out to LeaAnne and she was able to make several recommendations (we settled on Punta Cana). I have worked with LeaAnne on several different trips and at this point I wouldn't go with anyone else. From the moment I ask her for a qoute till we decide on the perfect trip for our family she is right by your side. If you are celebrating a birthday or anniversary she will personally make sure any restaurant you go to knows that. If you ever experience anything negative on your trip she takes care of that also so you don't have to stop the fun. After having a vacation booked by LeaAnne and Jeff you will never want to go through the process alone!

We are seasoned Disney travelers and usually my hubby likes to plan it all, but we were very overwhelmed looking at resort options for our trip celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. LeaAnne helped us pick the perfect resort and booked us a room that met our specifications (king size bed, close to transportation, quiet, etc.). She also gave us great tips on restaurants and attractions at the parks. She knows her stuff and we highly recommend her!

While I planned my wedding, LeaAnne planned our honeymoon! She did a fantastic job meeting our budget and also made sure we got what we wanted in a honeymoon! She wasn't your typical 9-5pm gal. She was working in the evenings trying to find the perfect place for us. Any questions I had, I would shoot her an email or text and she responded within minutes! She held our hand until the day we got back from our trip to Mexico! I couldn't have asked for a better travel agent. I look forward to working with her again someday!!

LeaAnne has been such a tremendous help to me with my vacation plans. I have never been on a Disney Cruise and at times it could be a bit hectic and overwhelming. LeaAnne helped us plan a land and sea package from Disney. She booked us a 3 day cruise and 4 day stay at Disney World! Everything was taken care of for us, including transportation from the airport to the port and the port to Disney. She mailed us luggage tags and all the info we needed! When there was an issue on the cruise line with our billing we texted her and she jumped on it and tried to fix it right away! She also kept in contact with us for each leg of the trip to make sure we made it to our destination safely! She was very knowledgeable about Disney and recommended places to go on our cruise, and also got us the free dining package with our Disney World reservations! LeaAnne made the whole trip a breeze and I'll definitely be in contact again when we book other trips! Thank you so much for your help and support!!
