As an Army Brat I grew up traveling and living in many different locations. I was proud to be an Army Brat and still am today! Born in Darmsheim, Germany, I lived in 12 different states and Germany three times for a total of 11 years. My favorite places to live were Germany, Hawaii and Grand Canyon, Arizona. I now reside in Reeds Spring, Missouri. The move to Missouri was driven by the desire to be closer to my parents and brother.
While living in Germany I absorbed as much of the history as I possibly could. Besides traveling all over Germany, I also traveled to Austria, Czech Republic, Holland, Italy and Spain. There are still many more travels for me in Europe!
I have had a diversified employment history due to the extensive moving I did. I have over 15 years in the travel industry. I recently left retail management to follow my passion for travel and joined Holiday Planners, LLC.
I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to travel and create great experiences. I want to give my clients wonderful experiences without dealing with the long process of setting it up. In today's world we have so many options, it is often overwhelming. I am driven by the desire to make my clients travel dreams come true and creating stress free experiences that will be lifetime memories.

The trip of a lifetime

Peggy and I first met at a bridal show that I was somehow able to drag my fiance along to. We already knew we wanted to go to Germany for our honeymoon so after meeting Peggy we knew she would be our travel agent. Peggy was able to talk to my fiance, who felt so out of place in such a setting, and got him to relax and feel comfortable while sharing all of her experiences on European travel with us. I would say Peggy and I spent about nine months planning a three week honeymoon traveling around Europe. She was so patient with me! We literally emailed every day multiple times a day the last few months before our big trip.
There were times Peggy would find an amazing deal and instead of emailing she would just call me real quick to tell me about the deal that way she could book it and we didn't miss out on the amazing price!
Peggy was very keen on different excursions and travel arrangements that truly made our honeymoon memorable! We cannot wait to book another trip with Peggy agai

Peggy did a fantastic job throughout the reservation process for our cruise. Unfortunately, due to the coronavirus pandemic our cruise was canceled. Still she worked diligently to make sure we received our refund for the expenses we had prepaid. I would highly recommend using Peggy to book your next travel adventure. Peggy is one of the most delightful agents to work with. She is very knowledgeable in her field and was able to answer every question or concern we had while trying to decide where to go. After we discussed what we were looking for and our preferences, we went with her first recommendation to stay at the All-Inclusive El Dorado Seaside Suites, and she nailed it! Not only were the resort grounds more than we expected, but the excursion we booked with Peggy as well, was the bomb! She really paid attention to the specifics we were looking for which made for a wonderful experience. I already plan on using Holiday Planners, and Peggy Erb for my next trip.

From start to after finish, Peggy was hands down amazing. I was worried about having to plan a honeymoon while in the middle of planning a wedding but she took all the stress off of me. All I had to do was tell her what I wanted and she did even better.
She booked our flights, rental car, and even got us an amazing beach front condo in Florida with restaurants and shopping less than a mile away! The views from that condo were breathtaking and it was so nice having full condo with a kitchen.
I can not wait to work with Holiday Planners again for our next trip!

Peggy was great! She went above and beyond our expectations. She made us feel that she genuinely cared about the planning of our trip and the trip itself. This trip was our honeymoon and we wanted it to be perfect. Peggy was affirming and looked for things to do, highlights for the trip, and even found out prices for these things with out even asking. She could have just sold us a trip, but instead she helped us create memories that will last a life time!

We have had a great experience working with Peggy, she took care of all our questions with our Cruise 2/10/19-2/17/19 on the Liberty of the Seas, she had our group of 8 all under control, And we booked a Cuba cruise 9/2/19 with her and Peggy took care of the mountain of paperwork for the cruise and then for the insurance, we also have our 2020 cruise booked with Peggy also, Peggy also answers all my crazy emails quickly,

Amazing Trip because of Holiday Planners

Holiday Planners did an AMAZING job at booking my vacation to Florida for my daughter and me. We started this vacation in 2019, but with covid it was canceled two times. All the staff at Holiday Planners especially Peggy was wonderful. They kept me updated on what was happening, what parks would be closed, what the rules would be, and then when the parks stopped all travel. They rebooked it again for me, and my father passed from covid. I emailed Peggy and she took care of everything without much contact with me knowing it was probably a time I didn't need many questions. Finally in 2021 we went to Florida. There customer service is top notch. If I could give them 10 stars I would! I really can't put into words the appreciation I have for what the entire team there did for us. But this is the same treatment I get from them when I have them book a nights stay for my work. So thank you Peggy, Stevie and the rest of the team for making our vacation as wonderful as it could be.

Through Peggy we enjoyed a trip of a lifetime. During the booking process she answered our many questions and was so patient with us we were deciding which way we were going to go as far as transfers, hotels, and flights. She offered us trip insurance, which we ignorantly declined and regretted due to a bad connection from mechanical problems. Peggy calmed me down over the phone and was very helpful with my brothers insurance. Everyone I have used at Holiday Planners has been amazing!

Northern Lights

Peggy with Holiday planners was responsive and easy to work with. She narrowed down hotels, booked flights and transportation, and handled other details with scheduling that stress me out. It was invaluable having all of our travel information/itinerary sent to us and in one place. My husband and I had a fantastic time exploring Finland and The Netherlands, and were even lucky enough to see the northern lights! I look forward to working with Peggy again on our next trip!

Peggy is the top!!! From the moment we sat down with Peggy telling her what we were looking for in our vacation she listened.. She provided us with several options. Narrowing it down to 2 she gave us the pros and cons for the trips. Selecting our cruise she made all the reservations that were needed. As time got closer to cruise date she provided information on the tours for the cruise. We told her what tours we wanted and she took care of them. Peggy suggested we pay extra so we could pick our time for the flights. Flying out of Springfield, she found us a hotel to take us to the airport and picking us up on our return. Upon returning from our trip, we talk to Peggy and told her of our experience. We had a couple of problems and she resolved them within 2 days. When planing our next vacation, Peggy will be the first person to call.

Peggy was very helpful in finding a destination that met our needs and was within our budget. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of from booking the resort and plane tickets to insurance and transportation to and from the airport. Cancel due to COVID-19

We had to cancel our 2020 Northern Ireland Golf trip due to COVID-19. Peggy was wonderful. She took care of everything. Got refund on flights, hotels and golf courses rebooked for 2022. She event got our trip insurance changed. Great job. Looking forward to working with you on our 2022 trip.
