Our affiliation with Travel Leaders Group and Cruise and Tours Unlimited gives us direct access to every major cruise, resort, hotel, and airline company. We believe in booking travel services based on our experience rather than profit margins, and we never mark up the cost for elite services. We work with vacation and cruise vendors to obtain the lowest rates for our clients, which offers additional cash savings to each client. Family Cruise

Mr. Willis is a fantastic travel agent, he will help you select the right vacation for you and your family for your budget. He walked me through the process of booking a cruise for me and my family. He also gave me the best advice about purchasing travel insurance. I have never purchased travel insurance and I’m glad I did. My family was caught in the Atlanta airport power outage and he helped us try and get alternate transportation out of Atlanta and was a spokesman for us when talking to the cruise line and the travel insurance company since we had limited cell phone coverage. He also kept us aware of what’s being said in the news since we didn’t get accurate information from workers at the airport. We unfortunately missed out on our vacation but Mr. Willis’s help was very instrumental and he helped me with filing my claim. I would have been loss without his help. I continue to rely his travel knowledge to help book my family vacations.

He is simply the BEST! I couldn't ask for more from a travel professional. With the Covid crisis he was able to get refunds and rebooking. Much better then the agent used by my family in AZ.

Honeymoon Vacation!

I'm new to cruising and a friend recommended Al and his Travel Agency when I was considering a cruise to the Mexican Riviera. Al has been wonderful with explaining the process to me, sharing his perspective, offering tips, his opinions on selecting staterooms, and (my favorite) different ways we can save money. And when we had concerns (with the bed setup and the dining group we were assigned to), Al was always just a text away from resolving everything. And now he's helping us with our SECOND cruise, this time to Europe! I recommend giving Al a call to help plan for your next trip!

We booked with a group scheduled during the time of theHeight of the Corona Virus Pandemic. He was working so many hours and put in extra calls to Carnival to work with our group. This was a difficult group to book and cancel, but Al did everything that he could for our group, according to our different wants as a group.

Working with Mr. Willis has been amazing. Big Al, as he tells us to call him, helps you through every part of the process and makes it simple. If you don't know where you want to go, tell him what you're looking to do and your budget, and he'll set you up with an adventure. I didn't believe in the need for a travel agent until Big Al sent me to Dominican Republic, Mexico, and Panama. Plus, that's just the beginning.
