Chad was extremely helpful planning our vacation. We had it planned for September 2019 but had to cancel due to Hurricane Dorian. Chad helped us get our full refund. We finally made it to Universal Studios this month. Everything Chad helped us plan was awesome! I will definitely contact Chad for future vacations.

Chad was absolutely amazing to work with! Planning a trip so far away from home made me a little nervous, but Chad made us feel at ease with his thorough and careful planning of safe resorts and excursions. We felt so safe at our resort and it was absolutely beautiful! All of our excursions were perfect and went so smoothly with the help of Chad. In addition to all of that, Chad worked diligently to make our trip right after our arrival to Bali was delayed by an entire day due to issues with the airline. Even though it was not his fault or the travel agencies fault, he went above and beyond to not only make sure we had transport for our late arrival, but also worked with both the hotel and the airport to extend our trip by a day with no added cost. He made our Honeymoon the most perfect it could be! He was so patient and was so friendly throughout all of my emails and concerns. Our trip would not be what it was without him! We will definitely be using Chad for our future travels!

Life saver

Chad went above and beyond for me. I had a car accident 1 day I was suppose to leave for my trip to the Dominican. I didn't purchase cancellation insurance. Chad was able to get our trip extended until September because we thought I would be ok by then. Well that wasn't the case. I couldn't make that trip either. By the grace of God Chad was able to get my entire trip refunded. He didn't have to but he did. It was my first time booking with Chad but definitely not my last.

We were extremely pleased with the assistance that Chad provided our family. We decided to take our children to their very first cruise, not only did Chad have patience with us on deciding where to go, he was able to provide great suggestions and ideas to make it easier for us to make up our minds.We booked our 7-day Mexican Riviera cruise with Chad, it was extremely fast and easy, there were no complications with the booking, We were counting the days right as soon as we received our confirmation number- even though it was months away.

I had the best experience working with Chad to help set up my honeymoon. He was always available if I had a question. You’d never believe how easy it was to get ahold of him! If it was email I would get a response quickly (same day) & it it was a call he would actually answer! That alone is hard to come across. I was in between going to 2 different places for my honeymoon & with his help of quoting me the differences I was able to make up my mind. He was able to set up someone to pick us up from the airport to the hotel, as well as on our way back to the airport. The hotel we stayed at was the vine Cancun & it was beautiful - more beautiful than the pictures. Without Chad’s help I would have never been able to do a trip like this on my own. & I recommend him to anyone & everyone I know! I will definitely be planning more trips with him in the future!

Chad made the process of setting up my travel so easy and so economical! I told him where I wanted to stay, what kind of room I needed, and when I wanted to travel, and he set up a dream trip for me to Maui. I had a few questions along the way, and at every step, he was available and so very helpful. He focuses on the customer experience, and in today's world, that is a rare occurrence. He even printed out my boarding passes when I wasn't going to be able to get signed in on time to get better boarding position. I would absolutely recommend Chad for travel plans...I'll be using him myself in the future. It is difficult to find someone who is honest and caring and puts your needs first, but he does that...consistently!
