Tracy was referred to us by a friend of ours and we are glad they did! We had to reschedule the second half of our Florida plans to do some bad weather so we contacted her pretty close to our vacation day. She was able to not only help us book a room and get tickets for Universal Studios Orlando, but the property was so much fun and only a few minutes away from the park. Tracy helped me plan a week at Disney for my two grandchildren & other family members. Tracy helped plan our fall vacation to Disney World. We planned everything around our 5 small grandchildren ages 1-6 Stayed at the Art of Animation and it was perfect!!! Tracy planned, booked and managed my and my husband’s ten-year wedding anniversary to Negril. This was our very first tropical vacation together and was the honeymoon we never were able to take. We had an amazing butler and top of the line service. Our room was set up with ornate flower petals laid out on the bed. Every need was anticipated and addressed by the staff at Sandals Negril. The property was beautiful and welcoming. The food and drink were so good. We both returned home some pounds heavier. Tracy helped us plan and organize a vow renewal. We were able to stand on the beach and renew the vows we had made 10 years before. The Wedding/Event planner was amazing and very knowledgeable. She helped with the flower selection, cake selection and even planned our dinner that night. The experience was so easy, it made me wish we had done a destination wedding the first time around. As with any trip any time I had a question or concern Tracy was always available to me via cell, text or email. She always made sure that I knew I was important to her and that our experience was hers as well. She was and still is a Joy to work with as we plan many more vacations. Our first time using a travel agent as well and we will use Tracy from now on for everything. We used her to book our honeymoon. My fiance and I kept changing our minds and Tracy never seemed impatient. She did a great job keeping within our budget and not pushing us toward more expensive options. As a former hotel executive and travel agent, I have always planned all of our vacations on our own and considered them all to be great experiences. I contacted Tracy about 1 1/2 years ago for a 7 day Disney trip on a tight budget. Originally, I booked it as a trip to the theme parks at one of the value resorts. Tracy took care of every detail and would set reminders when the time came to book certain details like the dining plans, park tickets, etc. A life event had me change the trip from the theme parks to a Disney Cruise.
