Carlise gave my group the best customer services from the beginning to the end. She was friendly, cheerful and accommodating. From the time we stepped on the plane in Houston and the returned we received VIP treatment. We celebrated my husband retirement and was accompanied to Jamaica with my sister and her husband. My sister has some disabilities and Carlise kept that in mind in every step of her meticulous planning. The Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton was truly all Inclusive.

50th Birthday Trip to Remember-St. Lucia!

During our trip Carlise was available for any questions and checked to make sure we were enjoying our vacation. She provided insights regrading booking again as well. Divas Vacation

To say she was professional would be a complete understatement of a description. The ladies and I chose her due to her personal experience and direction we felt she could provide...not to exclude the relief of my many frustrations of trying to plan a ladies vacation. I never regretted the moment of her as a person and the services she provided. She stayed with us from beginning to the end and never once made us feel like she was a pestering sales person once you walk into a retail facility. We were all so excited about everything she did for us. She treated this vacation like it was her personal trip. I will definelty be using her again for future coordinating travels.

I went to Vegas with my husband to celebrate his 35th birthday. I was a little nervous as this was our first time going and I wanted it to be special. Pura Vida!

Carlise was AMAZING from start to finish in the planning our anniversary vacation to Costa Rica. I simply explained our desires and she made it a reality. Carlise arranged our 1st class flights, hotels, activities, and private transportation. All we had to do was show up. We had greeters at the airport, staff to help us with our luggage, and drivers to our hotels as well as to and from each activity. We had a day by day itinerary printed for us so we knew where we were going, what time we were being picked up, and what we needed to bring/wear for each activity.
Carlise's knowledge of the location and attention to detail made this trip unforgettable.

One of the greatest trips I have ever been on!

Ms. Carlise Charlot treated us with impeccable courtesy; from the beginning she made sure that we kept up with our itinerary and scheduled plans. Ms. Carlise sent out gentle payment reminders as well. While on the trip Ms. Carlise kept in contact with us and made sure that our accommodations were appropriate and orderly. She stated that if we have any questions or concerns to contact her asap. Ms. Carlise contacted us the day before we traveled to Jamaica; the day before we were to travel back home and when we arrived back home and I thank her for it. Carlise was very professional from our first conversation. This was my honeymoon, so Carlise made sure all my wife and I had to do was fly and relax at the resort. She kept in contact with us on a daily basis to make sure we had our pass ports, marriage licence and bags ready to enjoy our vacation. She took it upon herself to check us in for our flights going there and coming back . On our return she called and checked to see how our stay was in Jamaica. I have already referred her to 3 family members getting ready to travel in July.
