My name is Cheyenne, and I became interested in the travel industry after my 17 day adventure through Italy and Greece in 2015. I fell in love with Italy's food, landscapes, cliff-side cities and people. In Jan 2016, I decided to pursue a career as a travel agent, and have made it my full-time job. I love helping people follow their dreams of traveling to a place they never thought they could, or help them escape the North Dakota winters to a beautiful beach! I love learning about new destinations, trying new foods, and traveling to places I've never been before. A Dream Come True Trip

I truly loved all that "All Travel Matters" provided and did for me on the past two trips she planned for me. My major trip was to Europe. I was traveling alone, and did not speak any foreign language. All Travel Matters set me up with the most perfect hotels to help me get around. The staff of these hotels was super super friendly and truly helped a duck out of water in all areas. The one hotel staff member actually stepped outside his hotel to 'show' me where to get on a water taxi, etc. The cruise I booked for, had extra perks. All Travel Matters again, truly came to my aid and helped pick out benefits I would enjoy and receive while on the cruise. Without her service and ; I would assistance, I would have truly been lost. Cheyenne is an awesome agent, and did an awesome job for me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Cheyenne and All Travel Matters and I definitely plan to use your services always and from now on!

10 Year Anniversary Vacation

My husband and I knew we wanted to go somewhere for our 10 year anniversary and we weren’t sure where to go as we were concerned about Covid restrictions and requirements. Cheyenne listened to all of our desires and concerns and offered an abundance of options and ideas and when we were indecisive she gave her honest opinions and reassurances. We finally decided on Cancun, Mexico and we have absolutely no regrets. Cheyenne was so respectful of our budget and gave us quality options that were in the price range we were looking to spend. Cheyenne is efficient and timely in responding to questions and emails. She checked in regularly and truly made everything about planning the trip so easy.
Cheyenne was also ready and waiting on our travel day to Mexico when we experienced travel delays due to mechanical problems with our plane. She quickly rebooked our connecting flight, which we missed due to the delays and made sure we were taken care of.

Beautiful Maui Adventure!

Cheyenne was wonderful to work with! She was quick to get back to us with answers, asked great questions to help find the best vacation spot, and very flexible when changes were made to our trip. My husband and I originally booked our trip with Cheyenne to Mexico. With Covid uncertainty and not wanting to chance being stuck away from our kids, we chose to change our trip and stay in the US. During this nerve racking process, Cheyenne gave lots of good input and advice. We decided to go with an adventure to Maui and Cheyenne showed us we could make it happen on our budget. She was super understanding and patient through it all! We had an amazing vacation and knew that Cheyenne was available for us if problems arose. Family Cruise

A huge shout out to Cheyenne with All Travel Matters for helping us plan an amazing family vacation! Cruising during Covid was stressful, but Cheyenne took so much of that stress away with her quick responses to my emails and calls to the cruise line. While others spent time on hold to ask their questions, Cheyenne did all that for me. On the last night of our cruise the Captain announced we would be on board for another day because the Port of Miami was closed due to bad weather. Everyone was in a panic trying to rearrange travel. I gave Cheyenne a call and she got right to work changing our travel plans. She called insurance to see what they would cover. She took care of EVERYTHING for us so we could just enjoy our extra day. ? She truly was a lifesaver! If you ever have doubts about booking through a travel agent, get rid of them and book with Cheyenne! We are so grateful for her!

Anniversary Trip

Cheyenne was so great to work with. She recommended the perfect resort for us based on what we told her we wanted/expected. She was quick to reply every time I had a question. Even while at the resort I was able to easily contact her and she replied quickly and resolved our issue (the issue was our fault, not her's) She laid out all the info in an easy to access way so while on our trip we new exactly what to do to get there & get back. Cheyenne planned a well organized trip for our family. We had an amazing time. Hard to believe it's already done and can’t wait to go back in the future. Weather was awesome and the week was perfect. Most Amazing Honeymoon We Could've Ever Imagined

Cheyenne truly made our travel experience a breeze! We didn't really know where we wanted to go or what we wanted to do but she picked the perfect resort for us! We were the victims of flight cancellations and Cheyenne handled all of it for us. She was on the phone rebooking our flights before I was even notified they were cancelled! She was also just a quick phone call or text away throughout our whole entire trip making sure things went smoothly. We cannot wait for Cheyenne to plan our future trips for us and would recommend her over and over!

Cheyenne has been amazing to work with!! We originally booked a vacation with her and rescheduled 3-4 times because of covid and other scheduling conflicts. She was super understanding and was extremely helpful is helping us get the vacation we have been waiting for. She is super thorough on her recommendations and gives just enough choices so we had a variety of hotel/resort options to pick from. Amazing trip!

Cheyenne was very thorough, had great recommendations and problem solved for us when our trip coincided with a global pandemic. I had zero stress because she already had it handled. All Travel Matters was an absolute dream to work with! Amazing 10 Year Anniversary Trip

I truly cannot recommend Cheyenne at All Travel Matters enough! My husband and I wanted to plan a trip for our 10 year wedding anniversary so we reached out to Cheyenne and told her what we were looking for and what we liked to do and she helped us plan our dream trip to Grenada! Unfortunately we decided to cancel our trip at the last minute (due to Covid) but she helped us cancel everything and book a new trip to Key Largo, it was amazing! We will definitely be rescheduling our trip to Grenada (and of course reaching out to Cheyenne to help us) but we couldn’t be more grateful for all of her help throughout the entire process! Traveling right now can be difficult with canceled flights, travel restrictions, testing and quarantine requirements but she took care of everything and made sure we had all of the information we needed!! Amazing Trip to Celebrate a Friend's 40th!

Cheyenne was amazing at putting together a trip for nearly 20 adults traveling from all over the US to celebrate a friend's 40th birthday. While she and the birthday boy selected the trip details, Cheyenne was always in communication with our group about next steps, changes in schedules, updated opportunities and helpful suggestions. I had the potential for my trip departure plans to change due to work. Cheyenne was on standby each day, the week before our departure, to help me put together a plan B in the event that I had to leave a day or more after the rest of the group. I will certainly be utilizing Cheyenne for any future group travel that I plan and encourage others to utilize her services!

Cheyenne book my parents and i(3 people) a full week and after visit to America cruise lines lower Mississippi River cruise and Memphis follow up visit. We all loved how much help she was and even followed up with last minute details on the car parking issues!!! Best vacation experience ever!! After all the changes with Covid/post Covid changes it was so nice to have her handle all the issues and pull together our trip details.

Honeymooning in 2021

Cheyenne was so great to work with! She made planning our honeymoon during a pandemic go smoothly. With months of planning, changing locations, and changing travel requirements, she was so patient with us.When we started planning our honeymoon in late 2020, we planned to go to the Caribbean. With the pandemic making travel more difficult to the islands, we decided Mexico was a better option for us. But with travel requirements changing the week we were going to book, my husband and I decided a honeymoon within the US would be best. Miami was a great match for us! The property we stayed at had beautiful ocean views. We enjoyed our time on the beach, walking to nearby restaurants, and taking in a food tour in Little Havana (which Cheyenne booked).
I would highly recommend Cheyenne to all of my family and friends that are planning a vacation. She is a great travel agent and really cares about giving the best vacation to her clients! I will work with Cheyenne on all my future travels!

Amazing Family Trip

Cheyenne has helped us a book a couple of trips over the past year all of which have been amazing but our most recent trip she booked for us was to the Beaches Resort in Turks & Caicos. This trip included not only my husband and kids but also my parents who live in a different state. Cheyenne helped us find the perfect room that fit all 6 of us, got us all booked on flights and kept us up to date on all of the international travel and testing requirements which at that time seemed to be changing by the week. We did run into some flight delays (like many travelers these days) on our return trip but Cheyenne was extremely responsive and helped us navigate rebooking new flights which still got us home the same day. We highly recommend Cheyenne and will continue to use her for all of our future travel.

We had some issues with covid and cancellations by 2 people in our party. Cheyenne was available to help all hours of the day and night and helped us through the refund process with the travel insurance company.

Best travel agent

After changing our trip from Europe to Mexico then to Florida, Cheyenne was incredible through the whole process! She was attentive and responded quickly. She helped ease our nerves amidst traveling in a pandemic, and she never got frustrated with changes! Even when our flights had to be changed the day before due to a snow storm! 10/10 would recommend

Honeymoon

When starting the planning, we had an idea of what we were looking to do but no concrete plans. Cheyenne navigated us through budgets and locations to help get us to our best fit. She was diligent and conscious of not only the location but the travel experience. She has been extremely patient with us as we changed our minds and ideas. Travel during COVID could have been so stressful. With Cheyenne, we knew exactly what we needed and air travel was an absolute breeze. She's been so quick to reply to all questions and concerns. Cheyenne was amazing to work with! I have Not traveled since high school so I was lost at where to start. It was so nice to just let her know what i was Thinking and she got it all planned out. I was Originally thinking of going to Jamaica or the Dominican but then my family decided on Hawaii! She got quotes for everything so fast and was so helpful with all my plan changes. Cheyenne was great to work with through all aspects of our trip. When I first reached out to her, I gave her an idea of what I was looking for and she found a great resort in Cancun that fit our family just right! We flew there from two different states, and she was able to fit our flights together well along with transport to the resort from the airport. We faced travel delays due to weather getting home to ND and Cheyenne helped me with the airlines and gave me ideas of alternate routes. I was able to enjoy myself much more on this trip than I have in the past when I plan things myself. Thanks Cheyenne for a great experience!
