Growing up with seven siblings in Mississippi, traveling was a way to explore the world and bond with my family. In high school, I had the great experience of visiting Guatemala to do humanitarian work. This further inspired me to see new destinations, and I continue to live life with a passion for travel and adventure!
I often planned extensive road trips with my family and wife, and this honed my skills as I carefully created grand itineraries for large groups of people. I eventually moved to Utah and continued traveling around the world with my wife.
Now, for over three years, I have been a successful travel agent helping people go on their dream vacation! I specialize in all-inclusive vacations and tours along with luxury Virgin Voyages cruises to Cuba and other Caribbean destinations. I have numerous certifications with Hawaii, the Caribbean Islands, Mexico, and many leading travel associations. This is the second time I have booked with Boomerang. Both times have been a great experience and I will book with them again! Chris has been so accommodating by coming to see me in person to answer questions or clarify things. We have gone through Boomerang Tours twice in the last year. We were referred to them by a good friend of ours. Our first trip was to Punta Cana and second to Cancun (we just returned). Chris and Shekinah were amazing both times. Super responsive and so friendly. I LOVE the price match! The comfort of knowing you booked through a travel agency vs a website is usually enough but to have the customer service that they provide makes it that much better. Chris and Shekinah worked with my husband and I to plan a vacation to Mexico this summer. We had a wonderful and stress free experience planning our vacation. They took care of all the booking and getting us all the information we needed for our trip. They were available to answer any questions we had during the trip. When our flight was unexpectedly cancelled by the airline company the day before departure, Chris jumped on the phones and took care of rebooking and getting us where we needed to go. We couldn't have been happier with Chris and Shekinah at Boomerang Tours. They know their destinations so well, and also understand people. We thought it wouldn't be possible to find everything we needed in one vacation: someplace relaxing and secluded for my introvert husband, someplace fun and family-friendly for the kids looking for an adventure, and for me—someplace gorgeous, in budget, and fitting into our very narrow window of time. They found several perfect options for us, and all of this with very little notice. They were miracle workers! They helped give us the vacation of a lifetime. It was so nice to sit back, let them do the heavy lifting, and just follow their instructions. They took care of all the details, even rides to and from the airport, and were easy to get in touch with for any questions. I never felt for a moment that we weren't in good hands. My wife and I planned a honeymoon to Playa Mita, México and Boomerang Tours made the experience extremely easy and stress free. After helping us pick out a 5-Star resort for a great price, they did all the back work and we just waited for the details. We needed airfare, hotel & car rental on short notice with a tight budget. Chris @ Boomerang gave us what we needed & a little extra without breaking a sweat. I have been told traveling over the holidays is stressful, but my experience with Boomerang Tours & Travel was just the opposite. Every detail was taken care of and all reservations were perfectly made. Some may believe travel agents are a thing of the past since you can do everything online yourself. Stellar recommendations with stellar service. Consistently have the best vacations planned with Shekinah and Chris. The more we travel with them the more customized the recommendations. If we ever have a hiccup traveling they pick up the phone right away and fix it for us so we can continue with vacation undisturbed. Don't know why you would plan yourself with options and service they provide.

Amazing trip

I wrote Chris after hours on a weekend and he had everything we wanted in a quote by Monday night. He worked great with us on getting payment to him in such a short notice. We were able to visit Maui in December for Christmas it was so amazing and memorable for our family. We have already booked our next trip for June to Disneyland, we can not wait. The best part is I don't have to do anything for planning THANKS to Chris.
