I always wondered why I would use a travel agent when I can do it all myself. I found out the reason. Rachel was amazing. Things I would not have thought about like transfers, the essential documents I needed which she provided a gift bag that organizes all of it. Tips on where to go and where not to. I went to Costa Rica and was able to enjoy the most amazing places with very little stress. I had one issue and called her internationally. She answered and made a call and took care of it. Thank you for a job second to none. I work my ass off for a living and you helped me enjoy my time away too the fullest!!

Rachel was amazing! From start to finish she was so helpful, and even checked in on us while we were on vacation and after we got back. The little gift bag she sent a month or so before was so sweet as well!
