If you are looking for a travel agent, look no further. I can not begin to explain the tremendous help that Nanci is when planning a vacation. She is extremely knowledgeable of destinations all over the world. She can help you get wherever you want to go, get you there safely while saving you money at the same time. One important thing to me is responsiveness. Many travel agents take too much time to get back to you, and then after you're booked you can no longer get ahold of them. Nanci, on the other hand, is the most responsive agent I have ever worked with. She gets back to you with all the information requested in a very short amount of time. My husband and I recently took an Alaskan cruise. Nanci booked all the excursions for us including a helicopter ride where we saw bears, a salmon fishing trip where we caught our one day max, and a wonderful dog sledding adventure. We could not have asked for better recommendations and in our one week trip, we felt like we got to see so much of Alaska. The most important thing about Nanci is she goes above and beyond her job title. She is not just there to plan your trip; she is there at the beginning, middle, and end. If anything unexpected should occur, she is the one you would want helping you out. I can not recommend her enough. Nanci was super helpful. I asked for her help with a little bit of short notice. The initial deal I wanted was more expensive when I decided to purchase, so she found me an even better deal. She was on top of all of my travel details as well as a cancellation I had for an excursion. Best of all, she follows up to make sure all is going well and went well.

Nanci is absolutely amazing! She made our entire trip so easy and simple! Disneyland and Universal Studios has been a dream trip for myself and my best friend.
