Summer is very knowledgeable on Disney! She has helped so much with making reservations, planning our day, renting a vehicle, etc! Prompt responses. She is great at what she does! Totally recommend!

Summer is really awesome. Not in the casual or slang way it is used nowadays, but literally purely awesome! I've been to Disney World more than 10 times in the past without using a travel agent. It took just one email exchange to change me for life... now I will always use a travel agent (Summer every time if I can!) to book my Disney trip. I was having a hard time looking for a affordable place to stay on Disney property and this was just a few weeks before the planned date of the trip. She was able to find me a great place to stay on property for a great price and it really did change the way I do Disney World vacations. I've been in the same routine for over 15 years for Disney World and I thought I had it all figured out. After getting help from Summer, I knew I didn't even know the half of it. She replies extremely quickly. Have a question or a problem? Expect it to be answered or solved really quickly (always same day)! Summer was actually going to Disney right before me. Know what she told me? "James... I am going on vacation so I won't be checking my email or facebook that often.... so here's my number. Call or text me." What?!?!?! Call or text you on your vacation so you can help me? Summer is truly that wonderful. And because she does know so much and responds so quickly, I never had to ask her a question when she went on her vacation. She even double checked my reservation, called the hotel for me to get the correct confirmation code, and even logged into my app (with my permission), to make sure everything was in order. That is beyond quality service. I sent her an email thanking her and then shared my experience at the parks and especially the hotel (Disney Swan). She went out of her way again to recommend me to write a blog entry for a review of the hotel. And it got published! Summer truly cares. She truly loves helping her clients plan the best vacation possible. She loves what she does. And that's why you can always count on Summer =]

She was very knowledgeable in everything that we needed to do and helped book and plan the entire thing. She went above and beyond any expectations I had already had for a travel agent. She made sure my husband and I had everything booked and paid for within the right time frame and even typed up an itinerary for the whole honeymoon with phone numbers, confirmation numbers, as well as dates and times for everything we needed to remember. Summer is the best travel agent ever! I found her when I was planning a trip to Disney for my mom and me and now I use her for every trip!! Even the non-Disney ones! She is so informative and makes sure that you know what you're doing and that you have everything you need to make your trip amazing! She can help you plan out your days so you're getting the most out of your trip! Summer booked our dining and Fastpass reservations so that was something we didn't even have to worry about then!
