Nancy did a great job helping us organize our group for a destination wedding. Even though she was not as knowledgeable with our chosen destination, she was extremely responsive and proactive working with our guests and the third party booking agency. She helped us out with some not so ordinary circumstances for a few of our guests and helped secure some of the benefits that were initially included in our quote, but once we signed the contract "disappeared". We will definitely work with her in the future for family vacations.

This is the second trip Nancy has helped us with to the happiest place one earth! She's asks questions to find out which resort would work best for us, our budget, and what we want to do/see while we're there. She notified us of any changes and even sent me a reminder on the day I could start booking fastpasses (so glad she did! I had forgotten!). She's a pro from start to finish and wants to make sure everyone gets the vacation they are after. Nancy is by far the most professional and kind travel agent I have ever worked with. She assisted our family with every detail regarding our Disney trip from airport transfers to dining reservations, helpful videos about getting around the park and last minute reminders about special events happening during our stay. Nancy was amazing with every aspect of planning my Walt Disney World vacation. For example, when I first went to make my reservation at the Polynesian Village Resort, the room type I wanted was not showing as available for the dates I needed. This was almost a year in advance and Nancy had a suspicion that the room type I wanted would open up, she kept checking and sure enough it did! Nancy also sent me reminder emails when important dates were approaching such as when to book dining. Nancy often communicated with me on weekends and was always quick to reply and offer suggestions. I would definitely recommend Nancy for all your vacation planning needs!

I have visited Disney World many times doing all the planning myself. I have used Nancy for my last three trips! She exudes patience and knowledge while working to provide the best possible experience. I know without a doubt that without her, our trips would have been like the ones I had taken on by myself.... filled with regrets! Nancy just gets you... she understands that vacations are to be enjoyed and that they are costly and you want to make sure you going to come back totally satisfied. Miss Nancy has done nothing but go above and beyond my expectations. I now have almost my entire family with her now. We normally go for Thanksgiving week. Prior to our arrival, we added an extra day to our vacation. Thanksgiving day I was at the front desk asking a question, I was told at that moment that I was supposed to be checking out that morning. I then explained about the extra day we added. I was told by the desk clerk that we did not have an extra day. I then called Miss Nancy, and on thanksgiving day, she stopped what she was doing with her family to take care of mine. Within a couple of hours it was taken care of. That to me is customer service at it's finest. I would HIGHLY recommend her for any vacation needs

Nancy offered us a fantastic service all around. She was attentive and responsive to our (numerous) questions from the start, and she offered her own qualified opinions to help us decide on several options for our family. We live abroad and she was immensely helpful in organizing our trip back to the US for Walt Disney World.She helped us pick the perfect hotel, based on our itinerary, and arranged for all tickets, private airport transfer and check in details for our arrival.

A big trip made easy!

Nancy helped me plan a trip to Disney World for three people and she was a pleasure to work with from top to bottom. She worked with us to get the best rates, and would check in with me from time to time to make sure I was still on top of an overwhelming trip and she made it manageable despite so many moving parts. I am a caretaker, and the adult male I caretake for wanted to go to Disney World, and we needed accommodations. Nancy helped walk me through each step with ease as we planned it out day by day. I thought the daily process was over planning, but once I got there I realized that all the effort that we put into it was well worth it.
We even ran into a last minute snafu with illness, and Nancy helped to run interference while we scrambled madly to change up flight tickets and plans. I know this trip could not have been accomplished without her help, and her attentiveness and responses to my many questions made this process a breeze.

I was so overwhelmed when trying to plan our first family trip to Disney but Nancy helped make it so easy! She suggested the best places to eat for character experiences and gave us the insider tips to ensure our son was able to do the Jedi training. She spent the time explaining how the dining options worked and how to set up reservations. She also gave great suggestions on which rides to book our fast passes for. I used her again to help book our second Disney trip and she found us a great value and even looked up airfare for us. I will most definitely keep having Nancy book our future trips.
