I contacted her to book my Disney vacation after reading about her travel agency through a website I trust. I have always booked my vacations for Disney myself and am very knowledgeable about what I expect. She has been very helpful when I found a better deal for my family in changing the reservation. She gets back to you within 48 hours with questions you may have about the parks or your reservation in general. All of our correspondence has been by email. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to book.

Katie was very helpful in planning our trip. She helped break up our trip so that we could get free dining for the majority of it. I dont know if she had anything to do with it, but when we arrived for the first 3 days of our trip at All-Stars we had a suite. That was a very nice surprise. Unfortunately that spoiled us for the majority of our trip, since we were stuck in a regular room at Pop Century, but it was very cool. Katie was there with answers and information every step of the way. I would definitely use Katie for our next trip.

We are still in process, as we don't take our trip until 2017, but so far the planning has been very good. She responds to my emails and has had some good ideas for me. She works collaboratively to help me find the best activities, as well as good ideas for dining. Plus, she has saved me money from the way I would have booked the reservation, so that's excellent!

Katie was so easy to work with. She was very knowledgeable and offered many tips. Being a first time visitor to Disney World, I had a ton of questions. She answered every question I had and never made me feel incompetent. She responded to emails timely. She was able to arrange everything I wanted. Even after changing our minds a few times, she was always pleasant and helpful. I have even reached out to her months after our trip with other questions and she is always willing to assist me.
