Kristen is FABULOUS, for regular trips it is really easy to work with Kristen via email, and when there are issues when you are mid-trip she is very available by phone

Kristen is extremely helpful and responds very quickly to my travel requests. Our employees send their travel requests to me and I send them to Kristen who makes the arrangements. She sends me various itinerary options to choose from and tells me what would cost less. I couldn't be happier working with such a professional and knowledgeable agent. On a scale from 1 -5, I definitely give her an a 5+.

Frequent work travel

Kristen is wonderful to work with. She is friendly, professional, and always responds to emails without delay. On many occasions she has opened up her schedule to us to help us deal with travel changes of all kinds in emergency events (snow, delays, cancellations, etc.) - she is always happy to help. I am new to the company that works with her for our travel arrangements but they have been working with her for years and I have never heard a single negative comment about her - we all love working with her!

Great Mexican Escape

Kristen has been booking my personal travel for years. She always sends me on the best vacations for the amount that I am able to spend and always goes above and beyond. Our recent trip to Mexico was amazing and the resort was absolutely beautiful. The people at the resort were wonderful.
