I was born and raised on the beautiful island of Jamaica and pride myself on exuding the warmth of my people and the polished professionalism of a travel specialist. The one thing that is consistently said about people who vacation to the Caribbean is how authentic the people are. This is true of my approach to business. I’m not just looking to sell you a package, I want to conceptualize, plan and organize the perfect vacation for you and your travel partners whether they are your family, friends or co-workers.
Having worked within event planning, hospitality management & the travel industries for over 18 years, I bring a wealth of knowledge about your entire vacation experience. I am a certified travel expert with a number of cruise lines. In addition, I have firsthand knowledge of and hold certifications with many of the all-inclusives found throughout the Caribbean. I have completed the Royal Caribbean Cruise Line Autism-friendly Program Certification to assist my guests who may need just a little more attention to make sure your vacation is perfect and I am a SNG Certified Travel Advocate. An added bonus: I am a professional flight attendant with a major US airline so when it comes to travel, lets just say I know a thing or two.
Having been in the business world, I have sat through many a boring meeting or conference but who said these had to be stuffy? Coming from Jamaica, you know I know how to mix it up! A Stateside Surprise

Because of the pandemic, we were uncertain about where we could go and be both safe and enjoy ourselves. Virginia Beach would not have been our first choice; we prefer international travel and aqua-marine waters. But Ms. Finlayson-Fuller interviewed us about our interests and past vacations, recognized what we were looking for, and found a place that fit our needs and our budget and allayed our concerns about the pandemic right here in the states. She is details-oriented and considers the smallest little thing that might enhance her clients' experience. She provides that personal touch that is so often missing from large travel agencies. She takes the time to learn what matters most to the client and ensures that it is a part of the perfect vacation experience. We have found in Ms. Finlayson-Fuller a new travel agent who will take care of our travel needs for many years to come.

San Juan

Tammi literally goes above and beyond when it comes to coordinating trips. The attention to detail and availability (for comments, questions, & concerns) are other reasons that I will continue to use Tammi's services. I had no idea that people still used travel agents especially with increased access to technology. I'm so glad that I found her!!! The week prior to our trip, Tammi provided us with a booklet detailing every aspect of the trip and little nuances to be aware of. Tammi contacted the La Concha hotel to inform them that we were visiting for my love's birthday. When we arrived, there were balloons, a personalized birthday card, & a bottle of champagne. The transportation service that Tammi provided to us was amazing, as well. The Adames drivers were so nice and would provide commentary or a little background about the areas that we traveled through, in San Juan. The El Yunque rainforest excursion was the best part of this trip and certainly unforgettable! The drive was outside of San Juan and the Adames driver exceeded our expectations, by giving us a little history about San Juan and the rainforest. The people of the city were kind and the food was perfect. If you ever travel to San Juan, check out the La Concha hotel, Adames transportation service, the Marmalade restaurant, Brava (for nightlife), Old San Juan, and of course, El Yunque rainforest. I don't know the behind the scenes work that Tammi put into coordinating our San Juan trip but I can only imagine...
I am truly appreciative of Tammi's service and kindness. I will definitely return to her, to plan future trips! Thank you so much Tammi!! :-)

I enjoyed working with Tami, she was very detailed throughout and professional while maintaining a very personable relationship. She gave great recommendations for the trip. World Class Service at its BEST

Tammi was such a great blessing to me as I planned, and took my pilgrimage to Europe. She was accessible to the point that I thought she was my personal travel planner, guide and companion. And not only was she accessible but she was super friendly, courteous and professional on every occasion, whether it was phone calls, emails or texts. Add to that, her great sense of humor which seemed somehow to take whatever stress could possibly arrive from traveling completely out of the occasion. So when the first leg of my journey was cancelled literally a few minutes before I was to board my overnight flight, I didn't even have time to fully process the disruptions this would cause before Tammi went into action mode. As a single traveler, Tammi provided a great sense of comfort as she considered everything concerning not only my comfort, but also my safety. I would recommend Tammi to every and anyone who wants to travel. I certainly will never travel again without her and I am a real globe trotter! Very well done Tammi...
