Maria was extremely response, answered my many emails and questions, and kept working until the last minute of our trip to snag the hard to get dining reservations. She knew so much about the parks and had great travel tips. Maria continued to follow up to make sure we were happy with the vacation after the trip and was top notch in ensuring we had the best time possible. It was an amazing first experience and definitely not the last!

W e are so thankful for Maria. She helped us book two beautiful trips with exactly what we were looking for from room accommodations to flights!! The second trip unfortunately had so hiccups and had to end early due to illness. Maria was right there to guide us through the process, help change flights and mostly she expressed kindness. She was genuinely concerned and did her best to help us in a tough situation. When we returned to the states, she continued to check in on me and responded to all our emails and filled out necessary forms we needed for travel insurance in such a timely manner. We were so grateful to her because if we did not book this trip with her, we would have been lost.

She worked hard for us to give our first-born a super memorable 16th birthday at Universal and Disney dining reservation. That alone was 5 stars, but then she helped us pivot when Hurricane Ian made a 5-day vacay magically turn into a 3-day speed tour. Maria is the best agent to work with. She is always available when you need her. She is very responsive. She goes above and beyond for you! She is very knowledgeable, and if she doesn't know the answer, she will quickly find out for you. I have used her many times and will use her for years to come! I never thought I needed a travel agent as I love planning my own trips, but it is helpful to have a second person when things get a little overwhelming. A Trip That Will Be In My Heart Forever

Maria looks to ensure you have the trip of a lifetime! She works with you to understand your needs and requests, and follows thru with everything! This past trip was bittersweet, as my mom was supposed to join us, but sadly passed away prior to our trip. Maria had the most beautiful sentiment of Mom's name put in rocks in one of the pools at the resort. It was so incredibly thoughtful and made me feel like mom was right there with us.
Maria goes above and beyond to have all these special touches about a trip that I never would have had without her. She is HIGHLY recommended!

Maria has been a pleasure to work with. She was able to adjust my family’s vacation twice due the pandemic. Further, her knowledge of Beaches Turks was spectacular. She recommended the character breakfast, which I was going to skip. The breakfast was one of the many highlights of our trip. Upon arrival, I called her with a few issues and they were immediately handled by her with management.

Maria made planning our babymoon to Jamaica a breeze! She is quick to respond to any and all questions, has a lot of experience with various Sandals Resorts, and is knowledgeable about traveling. We were on a tighter budget this year as well as a small time frame to go on this trip and she met every stipulation we had set. I had several questions and had changed my mind a couple different times about which resort we wanted to go to, but Maria was very patient with us and helped us choose the best resort that would suit us.
