Fantastic Trip!

Karen planned my trip to the Dominican along with several friends. She thought of everything, from the flight, the accommodations, and the transfer from the airport to the hotel. Then the hurricane hit the Dominican 7 days before we supposed to go! Karen jumped on it and was able to change our destination to Cabo within 24 hours! She got all of us on the same fight and new reservations and transfers booked for all of us! She gave great advice along the way, and checked in on us frequently, even the day before and day of trip. Karen also planned my son's honeymoon trip and did a great job for them as well! I have given Karen's info to several friends and family members as I trust her and know she will take great care of them as she has for me!

Karen was awesome! My girlfriend and I were really indecisive and took forever to make up our minds but Karen was extremely patient and helpful despite all the hoops we made her jump through. She was so prompt and thorough when responding to our ten million questions. I'm really greatful for her insight and enthusiasm throughout the entire process. A Dream Wedding and Honeymoon Come True

I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was with Dock 10 Travel. Karen helped us plan our dream wedding and honeymoon. Our asks were a little out there - rent a private island off Belize for our friends and family to join us for a three day all-inclusive wedding event, then charter a catamaran in San Blas for our honeymoon. But she made it happen, and everything went so smoothly. She coordinated travel from Atlanta to our private paradise including puddle jumper planes and taxis, got us from there to our private catamaran charter in a remote area in Panama, and finished an amazing two weeks with an all star resort near the Arenal Volcano in Costa Rica. Everything went so smoothly. We were able to download our itinerary to reference as we worked our way through Central America and were treated like VIPs everywhere we went. Thank you Karen and Dock 10 for an amazing once-in-a-lifetime trip!

European Honeymoon of a lifetime!

Karen was amazing at planning our European honeymoon! She booked our flights, hotels, and sightseeing seamlessly! She went above and beyond with her services!! Checked in with us periodically on flight information, hotel accommodations, and reminded us of important sightseeing info daily. She communicated with everyone so we didn't have to lift a finger. She made us feel so special! Cool feature that helped my husband and I plan each day was an app she signed us up with called Trip Plans. It showed all of our itinerary including flights, hotels, and what she had booked sightseeing for the 10 days. This helped us stay stress free so we didn't have worry about missing anything that we had booked. Thank you Karen for making this a trip of a lifetime for us. 30th Anniversary Trip

Wedding away from home

My wife and I chose to have a destination wedding to help alleviate the pressures that accompany planning a large wedding close to home. When we contacted Karen, all we knew was that we wanted to have a wedding at an all inclusive resort. She helped us in deciding to have the wedding at Sandals Negril and the experience could not have been any better. In the year leading up to the big date, Karen helped tremendously. She coordinated all of our conversations with the resort’s wedding planner, helped us to decide how to split up our stay (we switched rooms on the big day), and helped all of our guests pick their rooms and find their air and ground transportation. We were nervous that some of our family would have some difficulties traveling, but everyone made it safely and had a wonderful time! The wedding ceremony and reception far exceeded our expectations. Karen helped make the entire experience of planning our wedding an enjoyable experience, and we both feel very grateful!

Travel Agent Who Works For You!
Karen is an amazing travel agent! She has helped me with trips several times including booking my son's honeymoon trip. Plus, last year she booked me and a few friends to go to the DR and the hurricanes hit, so she was able to rebook our flights and got us into an amazing resort in Cabo within 24 hours so that we could still go on vacay. Karen follows up with you throughout the entire time, making sure you are aware of everything, reminded me of timelines, and suggests things to do on the trip. She even touches base the day before and the morning of the trip to make sure I have everything I need. I highly recommend Karen for all of your travel needs!

Our Greece and Italy Experience was the Best!
Karen's plans and arrangements for our RCL cruise and extended stay in Athens and Venice were spot on! She arranged all the ground transfers and excursions in Athens and Venice. We thoroughly enjoyed the activities and having the transfers pre-arranged was such a stress reliever! We will be dedicated clients for sure!
