We were looking to book a cruise, and met Julie Burns over 3 years ago. My husband had cruised many times previously, but I was new to cruising and Julie found a cruise that she thought we would both like. It was on the Harmony of the Seas. Julie is familiar with the cruising industry and she now knows our likes and dislikes. Part of the fun of cruising is the planning and Julie makes it simple and exciting. Julie finds us the best deals and saves us money . As a result we have already been on 10 additional cruises and have booked 14 more with her to be taken. Julie is a sweetheart to work with. She is patient, sorely needed for a cruiser like me, very attentive and helpful, also sorely needed for a cruiser such as me. I always have lots of questions, want straight forward answer and no nonsense when picking cruises whether it is regarding price, stateroom choice, destinations, ships or whatever. I have always gotten everything I need from Julie. She also, and this may be as important at least to me, has a great sense of humor and can at least tolerate my warped sense of humor.
