My mother is the reason I enjoy traveling. I have been to the Orlando area since I was a little girl with my family. Now, with a family of my own, I am creating memories with them that will last a lifetime. This is what I will help create for your family, life long memories. I have completed several trainings with the agency - Disney Destinations - Universal Orlando Resort - Royal Caribbean Cruise Line - Sandals and Beaches Resorts - born and raised in Puerto Rico having visited all the major tourist attractions - and learned that no destination is too difficult to navigate with the right travel agent behind you. Maria was such an amazing help while planning our trip. She was always available to answer our questions, and took care of everything necessary in a moments notice. At first I was hesitant to use a TA because I like the planning part of it and am a control freak, however she was PERFECT! She handled everything I asked her to, as well as gave me the space I wanted to plan on my own in some spots. I would definitely use her again and recommend her to everyone! Thanks so much, Maria!!!

Maria was extremely helpful in helping me plan my vacation. She listened to my needs/wants and really delivered on them with the perfect vacation package. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She made terrific suggestions on excursions, services, and other travel items I would not have even thought of to make our lives a lot easier while traveling (example: Club MoBay in Jamaica). Definitely book with Maria! You won't regret it.

Amazing Vacation

maria is amazing! This is my 2nd trip I planned through her. This last trip was about 2 weeks long which included Disney, universal and a cruise 2 of which Ive never done before so i was clueless. Shes quick to help me out with any questions or concerns i may have. We had a last minute cancellation with someone not being able to come and she worked with me on the process i would need to take and was able to help me get refunded for part of my trip. She takes time and makes it personal for you. She will ask how you are or how your family is and she will give you advice and recommendations that will fit your needs and wants. I recommend her to my friends for their future trips. I defiantly plan on using her again and again.

Maria was very helpful with the planning of this trip. I had 2 separate room reservations since my sister and mother joined us on the trip for a few days. Upon check-in both reservations were lined up correctly, she had also put in a request to have our rooms near each other. We were right around the corner from each other! Maria was also helpful and very responsive when I had follow up questions beyond the room reservation. I highly recommend Maria!

Maria was so helpful with booking our cruise, answering our questionsand accomodating any requests! Our cruise was cancelled due to Covid 19 and the cruise line was very slow issuing our refund. Maria always responded quickly to my inquiries and spent a lot of time helping us get the issue resolved. She was very patient and courteous.

Maria was exceptional working the extra mile when rearranging all the reservations for us when our flight got cancelled due to the weather conditions in Orlando. She was always reachable and always ensuring we had the best experience in our trip.

She maked all reservations for dinner of restaurants and fast pass of different park. She provided excellent service for us. She was a great decision for restaurants for example Crystal Palace on Magic Kingdom, Donald's Dining Safari at Tusker House on Animal Kingdom, Hollywood & Vine on Hollywood Studios and Princess Storybook Dining at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall on Epcot. The fast pass of The Seven dwarfs, Splash Mountain, Thunder ,Kali River, Avatar Flight of passage, Kilimanjaro Safaris,Twilight Zone Tower, Frozen ever after, Spaceship Earth and living with the Land.

Maria helped me every step of the way in my planning my 30th birthday trip to Disney World. She was very knowlegable, attentive and prompt in responses. She was able to make phone calls to Disney to ask questions and in a timely manner. Maria was excellent in answering emails, as well. I will definitely use Maria again in planning my Disney trips. Maria was excellent! Quick responses and if she wasn't sure of something she would find out quickly. She constantly watched for ways to save my family money and was on top of getting us the free dining plan. I added 2 days on to my trip 2 different times and she made the change so easy for us. She shared with me about some trips that she's been on and her personal experiences of dues and don'ts which I found very helpful. I was able to contact her during my trip with any questions and she was very helpful with that as well . I already recommended her to a few of my friends. I will definitely be using her again.

Awesome!!!! I could not ask anyone else but Maria! Answer all my question that we had, she helped us on everything going on Disney vacation for the first time she did a awesome job . Thanks Maria for the package a Big plus . Without the package We would of paid a lot more. After we paid for trip and package we just spend less than $500 on the days we was there awesome !!!! Maria is a fantastic planner! Everything we could've thought of, she handled with care and grace. She's such a nice person, and so on top of everything, from tickets to dining! I'd highly recommend booking through Maria, not only because she's very helpful and knowledgeable about everything Disney, but also because she's very passionate about the whole experience, and making sure you have a great one. My roommate and I had the best vacation we've ever taken together, and it was all thanks to her!

Thanks to Maria we had a great experience at Ft. Wilderness. Definitely a beautiful camp, just like everything Disney owns. We were located across from the Comfort Station, we could not asked for more. No problems with our reservation.
Maria is a hard working women, very responsible, dedicated through texts and messages to remind us for upcoming events. She definitely help us to have a beautiful vacation!.
