Loulu Lima is a life saver and a miracle worker! She planned the perfect trip. She took care of every detail and made sure it was stress free. My husband wasn't really wanting to travel abroad, it was stressing him out, but he loved the trip so much that on our way home he asked where I would want to go to next. :) We hit a snag at the very beginning, my husband's passport was going to expire within 90 days of our departure and KLM would not let him fly until it was updated. I called Loulu and she went into action (along with my husband who was able to get it updated within the next afternoon) and got my husband on a plane the next day. My team and I were on a trip fro a track meet in San Angelo, TX. We had confirmation months in advance that our rooms would be ready. When we arrived, there were 2 rooms missing from the reservation. One quick call to Loulu and the problem was fixed almost instantaneously. She is always available and works tirelessly to get the job done quickly and efficiently.

We used Book Here, Give Here to help plan our honeymoon trip to South America. We had a complicated itinerary that involved the Galapagos Islands, Machu Picchu and Lima. We also had a set budget. I had one of the best vacations ever back in may thanks to loulu. She booked the perfect spot in Dominican Republic, it was all-inclusive with great restaurants to eat at. Also the casino was good I had a great time there at the Hard Rock in Punta Cana.

This organization does an amazing job for our sports team. Our reservations sometimes have last minute changes due to playoff spots, etc and we have never had any issues at all. Loulu Lima is incredibly diligent, organized and helpful. I highly recommend Loulu and her organization!

So first of all Loulu is a bundle of excitement, Joy, passion and go getter all in one. No need to worry she is on it! My mother went on vacation without me for the first time ... ever. Obviously, I was nervous and wanted to make sure that she was taken care of. Loulu had booked a trip for me and my girlfriends earlier on in the summer and we were very happy with the service. It was a no-brainer to ask Loulu to help me make my mom's trip great! I decided to surprise my wife with an deluxe week in Paris to celebrate to our December 23rd anniversary, to include Christmas. And I decided to do this two weeks before we left. Loulou at book here/give here was PHENOMENAL! I can't say enough. She handled everything and tailored it to our needs. We had a perfect place to stay, premier seats at the opera, an intimate classical performance at an ancient chapel, anniversary dinner atop the Eiffel Tower, seine river cruise, And much more. Most importantly we had someone who handled my concerns 24-7, even after we arrived in Paris. She was wonderful and gave us a memory for life.

Loulu did an amazing job making a complicated itinerary for me for a trip to French Guiana to watch the launch of the James Webb Space Telescope.
